I think the featured photo may be the very room we had in September 2019.  The location was good, there was parking, the voucher took us to a fine breakfast place.
The negative that I remember most vividly was the electric service.  Our room had a tangle of lightweight extension cords coming from perhaps just one outlet, powering many appliances.  It made me nervous.  I could imagine something melting from an overload.  That said, the garden was very large and pleasant, and we slept well in the end.  It has been more than a year - I think the manager was French speaking (we are not) but we communicated in a mixture of English and French and that worked out well.  Our room was fairly small.  If we visited the town again (most unlikely) I'd consider this place but would research others also.  It's a few blocks to downtown, but that made it restful.

Attractive and convenient

The rooms were clean.. the owner was really nice and available to help with any thing we wanted.. she could not do enough for us.. She was great.. Each morning we had Coffee.. Tea.. Juice and a choice of pastries at the Gite and then handed a voucher for a free FULL breakfast at a local restaurant.. so a great way to start a day.. This is a really really great place to stay in Baie Saint Paul.

It is a small B&B with a lot of sealing. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a lot of taste and style from the old houses in this corner. Breakfast is served at the La Muse Restaurant which is not far away and excellent. There is a nice garden at the back to grab the apéro or even a large gallery in front. Very warm place, friendly reception. Refrigerator that you can use on the floor. Nice living room. Warm atmosphere.

It's a good geographic location, lots of stamps.

Very nice room, clean, comfortable (the faisan)...and I think the best!! With private bathroom! Access to the beautiful back garden. I recommend this place 100%.

excellent on the whole line

The best part: the owner's extraordinary hospitality. The charm of this typical Québec house from the beginning of the last century. The creams and hot drinks prepared from 7 to 8 a.m. waiting for the restaurant that delivers the excellent breakfast (included in the room price) to open. The service: our children had a mechanical problem with the car, which was solved in a quarter turn by the owner through his garage. Dear Danielle a very, very big thank you for this short stay. We warmly recommend this address.

Accommodation, location and exceptional benefits

I'm going back to the Hummingbirds for a number of reasons. The most important one is that Danielle is a wonderful hostess of kindness, as we find many of them. Always taking little care of us. She's happy to advise us on everything to visit and the right addresses of the local restaurants. Her hostel is simply beautiful in her image. You feel good as soon as you walk through the door. Moreover, she has a beautiful garden where you can sit quietly. Then, the geographical situation. We're close to beautiful places to visit and for those who love hiking, I told you that one thing about happiness. We're also not too far from Tadoc where you can see whales. I've closed my eyes to this hostel. Thank you Danielle.

Charming gite in St. Paul's Bay Canada

Great service and charming house, but unfortunately our room was not very clean, dry urine underneath the toilet seat and lip trace on the cups available.. unfortunately I realized it after pouring some wine in it.. shower and bed seemed clean though. However cleanliness is the most important thing and I hope they will adjust, because the remaining was quite good overall and the location is perfect. Also, walls are thins we can hear quite everything, including the morning farts symphony of the neighbor. I would still recommend.

Good overall, lack of cleanliness

Lovely place!!!!!! Very friendly people, clean and with everything you need for a good rest.If you are looking for tranquility and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle but close to tourist sites is the perfect place👍👍👍😊 To go with family or friends is excellent. 👍👍

A visit to 

B&B very welcoming, nice back garden. Very quiet street. Sound insulation rather better than average. Good quality literature. The decoration can be confusing but in the genre it is very friendly. The owner is very available and likes to chat. Note that breakfast is taken in a restaurant (very good bill) which is 300 or 400 meters away which can be uncomfortable depending on the weather. But the owner of the Colibris offers tea, coffee, wines and fruit juice in the small living room at your wake up.

Calm and elegant, like the owner

It's an amazing hotel, good price, very clean, nice, comfortable. Probably the best choice if you go to St. Paul's Bay! It was my first B&B experience and I loved it!
