Apart from the Tuktuk driver, who took almost an hour to find the hotel: 2 days no one answered my phone, neither the day before nor the day of arrival. When I arrived, the front door (a roll-wheel-blade door) was locked. At the sound of a knock a young mother appeared with her toddler. She assured me that the hotel was open. It seemed dead. After the formalities, she took me to my room. She was really friendly, it wasn't on her. The room was for me (under low odds at the price, 3 nights 72€) a medium catastrophe.

I can 't stand it.

This hotel was great for the value.  I paid $20 per night for the largest room.  The hotel is serviced by the owner and all the staff was very friendly.  When it was raining extremely hard one evening he dropped me off at pub street so I didn't have to walk.  It is less than a 5 minute walk to pub street and the heart of Siem Reap.  

The only thing I did not like about the location was that the street flooded for about an hour after heavy rains but as I said before the owner is willing to help you out.  

The rooms are basic but I used it just as a place to crash.  I will absolutely stay here again when I viist Siem Reap.

Very Good Hotel

We have enjoyed staying in Honey villa. Good location,  close to old market,  night markets. Villa is in the centre but in quite place, so nobody disturbing you. The staff is very friendly.  You can rent bicycles from them also. Room was quite big, with a large bed. They provide some bathroom accessories. Good place for couples.

Exelent place

I stay here alone for 2 nights. Nice hotel and very convenient for backpackers. The hotel location is very near to pub street. Within walking distance. Staffs are friendly. Good price and good service. Value for money. Highly recommended!!

Great place to stay

We stayed here as wanted to be close to the centre of siem reap to save on getting tuk tuks everywhere and indeed it is in walking distance to the main town. The room was big and had everything you wanted. However the air con wasn't the greatest and the bathroom was pretty small compared to the size of the room. The staff were really helpful in organising our trip to Angkor wat and even packed up a breakfast box for us as we left at 5am. Overall for the price we paid would stay here again. 

Great for the price!

Angkor Honey Villa is a lovely guest house located in Siem Reap center (5minutes walking from the Old Market). Rooms are very clean and well equipped. The staff is very nice, they offer kindness and good food. 

If you want to visit Angkor temples, they work with their accredited tuk-tuk driver that costs 15$ for a full day of visit. This cost will be included to the bill of your stay at the guest house. I totally recommend this tuk-tuk driver called Sam Art. He is very kind, interesting and honest. He will give you many useful advices for your stay in Cambodia.
