I stayed in this hotel last week in Ravda. I am very pleased. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and well furnished. It was cleaned every day. I would visit it again when I go to Ravda.

Very nice hotel

arrived at hotel perla ,the out side look is really good, got to our room and omg a sofa for a bed for the kids and a room with a bed for parents, the description said one bed app and twin beds for the children , the sofa bed was like sleeping on bricks,  the bathroom shower leaked all over and was like a swimming pool by the time all 4 of us had finished, the hotel staff not very helpful the food was not good thank goodness I didn't go all inclusive there was a separate pay bar but hard to get served on the pool area nice very cold pool my daughter was in the pool one day and found a broken glass at the bottom she got it out and I gave it to the life guard he just shrugged and said I have checked the pool, I was disgusted. sunny beach is a fab place with lots to do will be retuning but not to the hotel perla and the wifi is really bad

never again to this hotel

Have never had such a bad experience in a hotel. The girl in the exchange booth tried to rob my bank account, there were conferences on all week so we could not use the games room and they took over the dining room,the owners son decided to have a party to 5.30 in the morning and the food was the same every single day.would not recommend this hotel to an enemy never mind a friend. It was very clean but the staff (except reception and Sofia in the bar) were not at all nice. First experience of Bulgaria and not a good one.

Hotel Perla in Bulgaria

The food was very poor. Food not used for lunch was brought out for the evening meal. No variation in menu, OK if you want chicken, pork or fish. Mostly found the food bland and cold or only slightly warm. Finally ended up eating out . Luckily the cost in Bulgaria is very cheap. The only other issues we had was the temperature of the pool, seen a couple of brass monkeys looking for something! Although advertised ssh evening entertainment this did not materialise until our 2nd Saturday and that turned out to be a pool side disco.

Poor food for all inclusive deal

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone the appearance and cleanliness was good the food choice was extremely poor unless you enjoy eating chicken , pork or fish everyday the food was alway cold and on occasion wasn’t even cooked one day was servered raw chicken some of the staff I found to be rude over all not an enjoyable holiday
