Booking via booking. The day before I check my booking: booking status  confirmed . I add the breakfast option that comes back to me with a confirmed message  confirmed . We find the hotel (difficultly because it exists on Google with another address in the city centre we have to put the address in Bulgarian and not its English translation. No sign to designate the reception so we go round and finally return to the building where a man is waiting for us on the platform with a bad question about what is being done there. But in his case we are not a good friend. So we are following this nice family at the reception (we are also a good friend when we are 4 2 days old and 2 days old) and we have to change the old man and then we have not made a bad decision, but we have not made a bad decision, but we have to make sure that the booking is done in the next week.

I'm still a footman

The paleolithic woman who runs this place ( you will notice her - tracksuit , messy hair , unpleasant voice ....) denied us place under the sun because '' We have a function so you are not allowed to use the pool outside'' 
I was not going to use the pool (well, nobody does as you can see from the picture ) as we were leaving early , but 30 minutes under trhe sun would have been nice !
No !Wedding in few hours , if you want sun , go to the inner pool !!!!!
I will spare you the entrire conversation , with me threatening to lie down at the lawn naked , so she can get me some towell or her husband saying that he cannot see without glasses in their website  that guests are allowed use of the pool for free ......
Just do not visit this hotel , they will close it down soon anyway ......ppl like these should not be allowed to leave their caves !

Cheating owners , unpleasant place

First the bad things.
Building itself is in poor condition. I guess this goes along to the offer.
The service desk boy is not for this business. Smiling and being polite and helpful to guests does not go along with the price as it doesn't cost.

The good things now.
Big comfortable bed.
Not super clean but clean.
The indoor pool was beautiful.
Well done for keeping the facility open till 24.00 Not even big expensive hotels do this.

I'll be visiting again.

Good budget option

We went to Plovdiv to shoot a small-budget music video, and a friend booked me a double room at this junkyard. When we arrived two of my friend went to the room to change their clothes, and a minute later, the old moron  lady at the reception refused to let the girls that were supposed to use the room, because: "The room is for two people, and there are two already, so no extra people can go in there". I stated that those people are coming down in a couple of minutes, and the girls are tired from the trip, and want to relax, to which she replied, that they are not allowed in their room, and that this is a rule in all the hotels in the world. I asked, what if i am in a single room, and a friend comes to visit me at the hotel, and she said, that this is forbidden, and no hotel allows this to happen. Started yelling at me "I dont want to listen to you, so shut up", when I asked for a written copy of the hotel rooms, and claimed she was the manager, so i need to shut it. When I asked my money back, she wanted to return less money, because "those two already made the room dirty" (obv. by changing two t-shirts. I asked again - what if someone wants to visit the people in the room, and she said "No, this is forbidden, if you want to be in the hotel, you get a room yourself, or just don't come in"

Stay away from those idiots, this was the worst hotel experience in my life, plus, the hotel is really cheap looking, a miserable place for tourist that hate themselves.

The reception door is not visible from the road, and there's no sings towards it, the only door you see is that of the restaurant, where some people look at you like you're dumb, and turn away.

Indoor pool  water dirty and green seats dirty  handles from door in the pool told water 28 c not a chance freezing  won't be going back again

Visit

The hotel is good, but it didn't leave the feeling that it was a one-night stand - especially the red light in the corridors. The hotel itself is in a green zone, the pool wasn't used because they were late and tired after the road. Bank cards at the reshepschene don't accept, only cash. Very nice that the room is large, that windows are all over the wall! Nice prices for food in the restaurant. The room is clean. Breakfast was very strange: for snacks and tea. It was from 7-8 October.
