My family and I were at the hotel this past weekend and we loved everything. WONDERFUL food!!, complete leisure, mazzaropi museum with guide explaining, very cool!!. Trenxinho walk, finally, everything very tasty. I don't have small children but I still recommend.

Very good!

Mazzaropi is the place we always get sad when we leave, because it gives us that desire to stay longer. We've been there three times and we love it. Everything works, it's wide, comfortable, clean, well taken care of. The animals are well treated. It's nice to see the children interacting with the animals, respecting their space. The food is wonderful. It's undoubtedly a place where we parents are happy, because our children are having fun, safe, and so are we. The new structure of the water park has gotten really good!

A fantastic hotel, especially for those who have small children. Careful employees who love children fantastic farm experiences like riding horses, feeding the animals... very good meals, where we see that the menu was made with concern for the little ones. That kind of hotel where parents get carried away by seeing the children have experiences and are well treated. Special praise goes to Mr. Olavo who keeps the horses. Loving the children, Mr. Olavo can quickly pass them safely and captive, making the riding experience safer and happier!

Great for the whole family!

After a long time following the website of the mazzaropi hotel and the daily values I was able to make the reservation for the intended period. Reservation made successfully, including with confirmation by e-mail. It happens, however, that the hotel simply cancelled the reservation some time later. It claimed that there was a failure of the system. I asked to keep the reservation, but they cancelled. Sorry. Much lack of respect and consideration to the consumer.

Undue cancellation of the reserve

I have 2 children, 3 and 5 years old, they loved the recreation even if they don't speak Portuguese they enjoyed a lot but a lot. Special congratulations to the uncles: Todinho, Zoo and Tatu. Aunt Zoo - You have the gift with the children, congratulations and thank you very much for the affection with my children, we are so sad that we didn't have to say goodbye to you. Aunt Todinho, you are the guy, you also have the gift and make a lot of love. Thank you for all the love with your children.

Certainly the BEST of Brazil.

Much higher than other business hotels. Dozens of activities for children and teenagers. Several swimming pools. Great structure, clean and comfortable rooms. A restaurant with great variety. And the main thing is the service. All dedicated, polite and friendly staff.

Great for a family vacation

My only reservation from the hotel (and so I didn't grade 5) is that breakfast ended at 9:30, so I had to put an alarm clock on so I wouldn't risk losing. I'd like to suggest that it be extended until 10:30, or at least until 10:00.

Very pleasant hotel with great children's monitor.

We've been here for 11 years and we've been having wonderful times with our kids. We've decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary (15 years) here too, because our kids are happy with us too. Staff receptivity is a 10th grade. Thank you to Mr. Vicente, Elvis, Moreira, Luiz, André, Olavo, Alex for all your love. Gastronomy that spills water in your mouth every day. At Mazzaropi I recharge my energies. I believe the recreation is the best recreation of all the hotels we've ever been to. Congratulations to everyone, there are creative games for every age. They're very caring, very attentive. Aunt Toderra, Aunt Betty, Aunt Jacaré, Uncle Lu, Uncle Mullan. And everyone else.

11 years of happy moments in Mazza

This hotel they are very receptive, from arrival to departure... always very attentive. The service of the bars and restaurants by their team we cannot help but mention Elvis, Andrew, Bruno, Moreira, Mr Luis, Alex, Samuel, Carol a Bruna always very useful and efficient... the cleaning service of the hotel always very efficient... Mr Olavo, André, Darci always useful in the activities of horseback riding, carting, pedaling and fishing... It is worth the experience of being in the hotel and being able to relax with the monitoring staff who are amazing people and always attentive to children.
