PET Acceptance and Excellent Care

Poor attendance, extremely unprepared staff, first and last time in this inn, an employee says something and does something else, they don 't trust anything to talk to them in person, they don 't have a pinch of responsibility for the guest experience since attendance.

The apartment was very bad! It only fit the bed, the right foot was very low, the access was difficult and to complete, wow, there was no window! The money paid at the check-in, before my husband and I looked at the accommodations, was returned the next day.

I stayed with my husband at the Shangrilla Hotel, in celebration of our wedding anniversary. We booked the most expensive hotel in the hotel, Bangalore, which costs more than a thousand reais a day. Pousada is delicious! The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean, smelly. The staff are all very attentive and kind. The breakfast is wonderful, we certainly made an excellent choice, and we will be back!

It's a place that's been evaluated well, and we just confirmed that. Free parking on site. Fast and easy access from the highway. Fast and cordial reception. It left us super willing. Small, clean and super honest room for the price.

I made a reservation based on other people's reviews. When I arrived in the room I found the bed linen with apparent dirt besides hair on the forehead. At the same time I withdrew from the hotel, the photos do not match reality, structure poorly cared for. Parking away from the reception, no staff to help with luggage. I do not recommend especially in times of pandemic, not changing sheets from one customer to another is inadmissible!

Do you know when you have to travel by car for life's necessities? Now imagine when you have to travel with your dog. This inn is actually pet friendly - the level of the best accommodations in the world. We've been lodging there for years and we're ALWAYS well looked after by EVERYONE who works on the premises. On the contrary, we, animal keepers, have an obligation to keep a good impression with this wonderful inn - with well-behaved, clean pets that don't let themselves be noticed by other guests.

Really pet friendly.

We traveled with four kittens (2 in each room) and my elderly mother with special needs. The hostel didn't charge extra for pet accommodation and the room we stayed in had only the bath support bars. We arrived late and yet they prepared us an excellent dinner, well served and at a fair price in the room. The breakfast was delicious and full. The infrastructure was very good and the pool was very clean and inviting. We just stayed overnight but it was so nice that we ordered and won a late cheut. I recommend. The whole team is amazing and friendly, the delicious food and the cleaning of the rooms and towels is exceptional!
