Pros: Quite clean room, tasty breakfast, and structure a little better than the other hotels I've been to from the Ibis network. Counter: They charge daily for PET, although I didn't make that clear at the time of booking. The room was full of large cracks in several walls that seemed to be structural.

It's good for spending, but not for long stays.

I stayed at this hotel to spend Réveillon in the city. The hotel is tasty, cozy, good structure, clean apartments, comfortable bathroom, with fantastic shower. The location is great, it can do everything in the center without needing a car. Very good breakfast, I was very well served in my needs, I am lactose intolerant and avoid gluten. I observed in the reserve and I was offered bread, cakes, jellies, omelets, special milk for my restrictions, plus of course all the range of other items that are good for consumption. The quality of the products served is very good. One point to highlight is the staff, educated, attentive, helpful. My thanks to Laila, Julia, Paul, Wellington, Ivonete, Juliette, D. Moha (Marília).

I certainly recommend

The hotel has an excellent cost-benefit, like any hotel in the Ibis network, in addition to the excellent location, close to the main tourist attractions of the city. The room is slightly larger than others in the network, with a super comfortable bed and excellent shower. The breakfast is very good and has pet friendly tables as well. It is the first Ibis that did not charge parking, which should be standard on the network.

That's great.

The positive points are the location, as it gives to do everything without a car and the good care of the employees. It left much to be desired in the cleaning, especially of the bathroom. The lid of the toilet bowl was broken (room 1162) and the towels extremely worn.

Very reasonable

I’ve stayed at the Ibis Pocos de Caldas numerous times. Staff are good, breakfast adequate, location good and rooms adequate. The 4 star rating reflects expectations. Ibis is a good choice in Pocos where there are relatively few “modern” hotel alternatives and a lot of “old classic hotels” with an entirely different feel

Solid hotel good location

Bad maintenance, no longer the Ibis standard, very poor cleaning, all the towels are fine, old, the cleaners leave much to be desired, with very few exceptions, the desire is normal, the waiters are unprepared for the job, sad to see the hotel without maintenance.

Hotel in decay!!!

The best cost benefit of hot springs. The service is really very good, all the employees are very friendly and solicitous and are always ready to serve. Breakfast is not exceptional, but it's honest. In short, considering the price, it's very worth it.

Within the Ibis standard. Staff very receptive and gentle. The hotel is low, with only 2 floors of rooms, but they are clean and well preserved, except for the bathroom, which deserved better cleaning attention. Great cost benefit, mainly due to the location and being more 'new' compared to the other hotels in the center, which are very old.

We spent 4 perfect days in this hotel, everything is excellent; ideal location well suited to the central square size of the perfect room with large bed, good bathroom and desk spacious corridors and quick elevator

The IBIS HOTEL POÇOS DE CALDAS is localized in a good place in the city. Everything is great. 
All the staff are very attentive and the hotel facilities demonstrate great care and excellent cleanliness.
