I have nothing to complain about, I made a reservation to stay in the apartment, when I arrived at the hotel I was transferred to stay in the chalet, which is bigger and better than the apartment. Renovated chalet, clean and spacious. Good breakfast. It was much better than I expected. The only negative point is the distance from the center, but, on the contrary, you have the front dam that is top!

Nice and nice place!

Super cozy cabin Sacada overlooking the lake, plenty of nature, super clean and wonderful breakfast. All the attentive and very polite staff. The garage covered in the cabin, hot shower and put a table on the sacada, great for drinking wine and cheese.

The staff attendance is good, everyone is very nice both at the reception and at breakfast, but the accommodations are too old. The cleaning is bad to reasonable. I stayed at chalet 10. The chalet itself was until well, clean, but we had to wear blankets because of the cold, when I removed the blanket from my son's bed several hairs (which were certainly not ours, a little disgusting). Good breakfast, few varieties of fruit but what was well made, many loaves, cakes, gave to eat well. There was a lack of even basic decoration of the rooms, a chair, something to give a life to the room. The pool was in remodeling (but it was cold, we wouldn't even use it).

The hotel is close to the entrance of the city, the place is very quiet, great for relaxing. The place is very beautiful, it has a view of the lake and a lot of contact with nature. We stayed in one of the two-room cabins, it is very wide, it has a large balcony, private garage, very comfortable. Besides, everything was very clean and organized, impeccable. The breakfast has a lot of variety and everything is well prepared. I will definitely return to stay.

Excellent experience

It was me, my wife and my daughter. The room was large and clean, with a spacious drawer, several beds, one for couples and three for singles, cable TV and a fridge. They had good room service, the view is beautiful for the Ribeirão das Antas. The bathroom looked old, but very clean as well. The restaurant is a good breakfast with plenty of variety and good meals. The hotel still has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children and a playroom. All the staff were quite sympathetic.

Many amenities, good price

We were very well received and very well taken care of in everything we needed. Very tasty breakfast and the staff who serve at the restaurant are very friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in is very old. Although it has a wonderful view (by the way, the exterior of the hotel is very beautiful), the room needs a lot of maintenance. The rust, water leaking from under the box making the carpet soaked, a hole behind the outlet, apparent hole behind the outlet, moisture on the wall, a wonderful place with a wonderful staff, but it needs to improve in many ways. There have been reforms there and we hope that it will spread throughout the place. Even when we arrived at the reception and the next day, the owner asked to take out the details. I can't make a difference. I can't go back, but I would leave the negative part with emphasis.

I was at the hotel from 12/08/21 to 15/08/21 for those looking for quiet, tranquility, great service, EXCELLENT breakfast, and good location, this is the hotel. It exceeded my expectations! Great cost benefit. Whenever I return to Poços, I will stay in this hotel.

What a wonderful hotel!

Great room for 4 people, comfortable bed, everything very clean and with excellent service. The view from the room on the balcony is perfect! Sensational breakfast! We don't use the facilities much because of social distancing, but what we use, we love!

Top holiday 😍

I spent the carnival of 2019 in this hotel, I did the evaluation and we liked it so much that we decided to come back. At the carnival, we stayed in a cottage. Very good, but I was in need of renovation. At the Reveillon, we stayed in a new apartment. Very good. Everything very new. We just missed a chair or a mute servant. It was difficult to put our bags in. I ordered a chair at the reception and they quickly got two. The New Year's dinner was delicious. The party afterwards at the pool was beautiful. We loved everything and intend to repeat it at this year's Reveillon.
