The staff are all very polite, friendly. But that doesn't make up for the lack of care with the rooms and breakfast. Which is obviously neglect of the manager. 1. We were 3 guests. Only two beds were arranged when we arrived. Not to mention that the pillows were hard, it looks like brick with front. kk 2. The fridge in the room was with the door moulded, and the cups made available to the guests rested on the mould. 👌🏻 3. The bathroom box was with the dishes administering dirty, muddy prey. The sink was the same! Very disgusting. 4. The breakfast was people... relief. They put in a thousand openings, but the quality was extremely low.

It's the second time I've stayed in this hotel, spacious clean rooms great service from all the staff, it has a games hall, elevator, sauna, outdoor pool just needs to be heated rsrsrsrs, it's finishing a renovation but most of the rooms are already ready, near the main square and the Municipal Market.

Excursion

The hotel is close to the square which has a fair on Sundays, and you can walk quietly to the center with several souvenir shops and restaurants, a good breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms, a good swimming pool.

Good location

The hotel has an excellent location, close to everything, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and many tourist spots, the rooms are comfortable, spacious bathroom, good shower, always very clean, attentive and very polite staff, breakfast full of variety and very tasty The only thing that the hotel offers is parking but it is not in the hotel itself, the hotel staff who take and bring the car

Nearly everything

The bathroom door didn't close, the ventilator was loose from the ceiling, the couple's room but they put together two single beds  ♀️ shower with very little water coming out. I asked you to clean the room when we went out for the morning walk, when I came back in the afternoon the room was the same way, that is, even if I asked for room service, they won't go! I wouldn't stay there again.

Bad accommodation

This was by far one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever set foot in. The pictures on the website are taken to make the hotel look luxurious while it is completely in shambles. Once we checked in we were escorted to our room where the room number had fallen off the door- we should have known what to expect after that. The beds were filthy. Either the sheets hadn't been changed, or the staff simply reused stained sheets. We decided to try the extra blankets that were in the closet, only to find other people's hair in clumps in the folded up blankets. There was a gap underneath our front door large enough for a small animal to walk under. And the 'scenic city view' was obstructed by scaffolding. The room was so gross we couldn't even stay the night, and checked in to a different hotel for the rest of our stay in Poços. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone else under any circumstances.
