Accused us of stealing a towel when we didn’t even take one out of the room. completely unorganized regarding our reservations. they don’t accept cards even though they have a card reader, simply because they don’t want to pay the card reader fine. The only reason I’ll give them a star is because of the amazing shower.

With a good anticipation of days, due to the high demand that lived at that time, we rented with my family during the carnival weekend.The truth is that of all the hotels that we stayed in these years when we visited Tarija (with greater or lesser benefits), it is the best value for money.The caliber of care is outstanding, very friendly and ready in everything.Excellence within the possibilities offered by the hotel.The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Very satisfied.I recommend it 100%.

Well located, friendly reception, personal to your ears, very nice room, refurbished to nine excellent sanitary facilities, good air conditioning, perfect bed only to be desired, poorly sought breakfast and poor quality food but well, this is only secondary, the essential is the excellent reception and kindness of everyone in this hotel

a clean and comfortable hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Luz Palace in December 2016.The hotel is very nice.We stayed there for 6 days and had a very pleasant stay.The attention was very good.The cleanliness of the rooms as well.The breakfast, included in the fare, was good, had fruits, juices, yogurt, cereal, butter, jam, cheese and fiambres and various varieties of bread.The room we ate had air conditioning.A very good price-quality ratio.

Very good hotel.

Positive: Good value for money. Good location, in the city center, ideal for moving around the downtown area. Cleanliness of the rooms. Negative: Lack of garage, lack of juices and fruits for breakfast.

The quality-price ratio is high.

The rooms are spacious and have everything you need for a good rest, a good breakfast, an excellent location in the centre of the city, the reception is very friendly and the wifi is very good as it comes from work.

Very good attention, the double room is large, the bathroom is very large, the problem is that it has no bidet having so much space. They offer parking and no parking and it is very difficult to park in the area as the streets are very narrow.

I arrived by taxi with my family at a pair of glass doors labelled Luz Palace, but the doors were locked. I rang the buzzer and waited for a woman to come to the doors from inside the hotel. She was unwilling or unable to open the doors so we couldn't hear what she was saying. A passerby told us that we needed to go around the corner to another entrance, so we carried our bags around the corner past several more sets of locked doors. Eventually, we came to the pair of narrow glass doors that are currently used to enter the part of the dilapidated old hotel that is still in use. Only one of the narrow doors would open, so we tried to oped the other door, to make the passage wide enough to allow us to pass through with our luggage. With difficulty, we managed to open the two spring-loaded bolts at the same time to unlock the second door, but it opened only about 30 degrees. It wouldn't open any further due to lack of clearance between door and floor. We had to push our luggage through the narrow opening to get into what appeared to be a small part of what was a much larger lobby. Due to the frustration of merely getting into the hotel and the appearance that the hotel was not being maintained to it's former standard, we forfeited the cost of a might's accommodation and walked a cross the street to another hotel that was better and less expensive.
