A maximum of 1 children under 5 years old stay for free if using existing bedding. Any additional child will be required to booking an extra bed.

The property provides shuttle bus service at an additional charge. Please contact the property to book a service 3 days before arrival.
The transfer bus departs from Hanoi at 7:30 AM from 5/33 Pham Ngu Lao Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi and boat embarkation starts at 12:00 noon at Tuan Chau Island, Halong City. Guests are required to provide the hotel name, address and contact number in Hanoi and Halong at least 24 hours in advance for the pick-up service. Please contact the cruise for more information.
