**Mandatory Fees and Taxes**

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the hotel (they are not included into booking price):

City tax: USD 3.50 per day, per guest. The tax must be paid upon arrival, it is not included in the price of the reservation.

Facility tax: USD 40.16 per night

The resort fee must be paid directly at the hotel. The amount depends on the room category and length of staying.

Deposit of USD 100.00 for the whole stay (refundable upon check-out).

**Fees**

Breakfast fee: between USD 10.00 and USD 20.00 per person (approximately)

Self parking fee: USD 35.00 per night

Valet parking fee: USD 53.00 per day

Pet fee: USD 25.00 per pet, per stay

Refrigerator fee: USD 35.00 per night

Rollaway bed fee: USD 25.00 per night

**Know Before You Go**

The reservation will be canceled in case of guest's no-show till 00:00.

Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

The property allows pets in specific rooms only and has other pet restrictions (surcharges apply and can be found in the Fees section). Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
