Due to government regulations aimed at reducing waste, starting from January 1, 2025, hotels in Taiwan will restrict the use of disposable toiletries (such as shower cap, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, etc.). Guests are encouraged to bring their own items.

The front desk is open daily from 8 AM - 9 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 9 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Know Before You Go

• Up to 2 children 5 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.

Fees

• Fee for continental breakfast: approximately TWD 180 for adults and TWD 120 for children
• Pet deposit: TWD 500 per stay
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Rollaway bed fee: TWD 600.0 per day
