Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

The property will be renovating from 27 October 2018 to 31 December 2020 (completion date subject to change). The following areas are affected:

• Hallway
• Lobby
• Parking area
• Select guestrooms
• Laundry facilities

The property is closed during the summer season. The following facilities are closed on Chinese New Year, Christmas Day (25 December), Christmas Eve (24 December), New Year's Day (1 January), New Year's Eve (31 December), Valentine's Day (14 February), and during Ramadan:

• Dining venue
• Front desk
• Laundry facilities

During renovations, the guesthouse will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance.
