Useful information

• If guests need a visa to enter the country, in most cases the hotel will provide guests with the necessary documents to obtain it. For more information, guests can contact the hotel, contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Additional charges may apply for these services, even in case of subsequent cancellation. All arrangements are made exclusively between the guest and the hotel.
Russian citizens: Upon arrival, adults (14 years and older) must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all children (under 14 years of age). If the child is traveling with a relative (except for parents) or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign nationals: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa and migration card upon arrival.
• The hotel provides a shuttle service from the following points: airport (additional charges may apply). Guests are required to inform the hotel in advance about their trip using the contact information from the booking confirmation letter.

Additional payments

The following fees and deposits are charged by the hotel at the time of the relevant service, at check-in or check-out.

• Airport transfer fee for an adult: RUB 1500.00 per vehicle (one way)
• Baby cot: RUB 500.00 per night
• An extra bed is provided for an additional fee
