Grass Residences Condo

A security deposit of PHP 1000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure.
Access to swimming pools and fitness center are only for guest with long term stay of 30 days.
After booking completed, please provide the below information to the property:
1. All guest's names are required prior to arrival.
2. Guests must provide a valid form of government-regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, government ID etc.) for issuance of your Gate Pass to Grass Residence.
3. Property check-in time starts from 03:00 PM, please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance.

Guest must present photocopy of government ID upon check-in.
Guests are required to pay a cleaning fee of PHP 150 per booking at the property upon check-out.
Parking available by reservation only. Charges to be paid to property directly.
Strictly No Smoking.
Strictly no visitors allowed.
Swimming Pool and Fitness Center opens from 9AM to 11 PM.
The property does not have a reception. Guests are required to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival.
There is a fee of PHP 150 for the use of swimming pool.
