Please inform Matsu House - 5 minutes away from Rusutsu Ski Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that this is an entirely non-smoking property, and any guests who smoke on site will be required to leave the property immediately without reimbursement and charged a cleaning fee. Guests arriving after 20:00 must inform the property in advance. If the property is not informed, the booking may be treated as a no show. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. There is a large heater in the living room. Extra portable heaters can also be used. 2 of the 4 bedrooms comes with an en suite shower, and there is another bathroom with a bathtub in the house. Guests are required to contact the number that can be found on booking confirmation on arrival to complete check in procedures receive the key box number.
