Below policies apply for Japanese style rooms:
Children under 2 years old stay for free when using existing bed.
Children 2-6 years will be charged JPY 2700 per night per child.
Children 7-12 years old will be charged 90% of an adult rate.

Extra bed is available upon request for certain room types. Please refer to the individual room descriptions for more information.
For Japanese rooms, futon preparation is self-service.
Guest who want to leave baggage before check-in time, please contact the property 2 days prior to arrival.
Guests are required to provide the following information to the property:
1) Arrival Time
2) Your e-mail address
3) Your mobile phone number using Special Request section upon booking
Guests arriving after 09:00 PM are requested to contact the property directly prior to arrival.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests smoking elsewhere are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
The property requires guests to climb stairs and may not be suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility.
