This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Welcomely - Villa Adele in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges Eur 20 per person per week. Bed linen and towels change its compulsory once a week, with a fee Please note that air conditioning is available upon request at the extra charge of Eur 50 per week.
