• One child 3 years old or younger stays free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• Guests can arrange to bring pets by contacting the property directly, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Cash deposit: USD 75.0 per night
• Cash deposit for Spring Break: USD 75.0 for guests staying between 29 December - 01 December
• Ecuador value-added tax (15%). Nonresident travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa may be eligible for a tax refund. However, nonresident travelers may be exempt from value-added tax (15%) on package bookings.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Fee for continental breakfast: approximately USD 4 to 6 per person
