A security deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid to the bank account of the owner one week prior arrival for incidentals. The owner will contact guests for more information. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

For electricity guests need to pay upon departure: EUR 0.45/kWh.

Please note that for water consumption guests need to pay upon departure: EUR 2/night.

Please note that in case guests will use wood for the fireplace there is an extra cost of EUR 40/Set. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Belvilla will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. Energy costs are not included in the price and will be charged according to guest use, upon departure.
