Fees

The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet deposit: USD 100.0 per stay
• Housekeeping fee: USD 60 every 10 days
• Onsite credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 2 percent

The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: USD 250.0 per stay
• Cash Cleaning deposit: USD 150 per stay
• Cash deposit for Spring Break: USD 500.0 per stay for guests staying between 08 March - 31 March
• 10.0 percent cleaning fee will be charged
A damage deposit of USD 250 will be collected before check-in. Deposit is payable by PayPal and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property. However, charges can vary, for example, based on length of stay or the room you book.
