Any cancellation within 60 days and 45 days (90 days and 60 days in peak season) prior to arrival will result in forfeit of deposit or 50% of total booking. Any cancellation within 45 days (60 days in peak season) of guest arrival will be subject to no refund whatsoever. No refunds offered within the cancellation periods for reasons including airlines delays, strikes, political unrest, weather conditions, travel advisories, acts of God, hurricanes or personal emergencies.
