We stayed here because we could not find anything more suitable nearer Ypres at the time of the WW1 centenary commemoration.  
It is quite hard to find, very much off-the-beaten-track, but was quite comfortable and had an excellent breakfast.  If one had time, the grounds would be enjoyable and relaxing.
Not good for more than one night, unless business keeps you in the area.

Out of the way, but good

The hotel dePeracker is a little outside and is very quiet. The only one making the noise is the rooster from the neighbor and that of course early in the morning. (LoL) Parking lots are enough, the rooms are clean and tidy, the pillows are a little too voluminous, but I'd like a little thinner. My colleague was like that. Multilingual TV, WLan for free, rich breakfast and all that with family connection. In the restaurant it smells a little frosty, but in the Belgian kitchen that's part of it.

Family-run hotel

I stayed with a colleague for two nights. The hotel added a pond that will probably have a great view in the spring, but unfortunately we were there in October where rain and fog reign. The cleanliness of the rooms is average good, breakfast is a little rough but the gentlemen who run the facility are very quiet and when we asked if we could have fried eggs they did not hesitate to make them and bring us the tile directly to the table.

Very clean rooms renovated in loft-style with large rain shower. Ideal morning walk around the beautiful lake and an all-in breakfast for an honest price.
I had a long stay-business formula  some time ago when renovating my house - no nonsense friendly people!
Restaurant open  on weekdays only.

Best price-quality around Waregem

The hotel is in front a romantic small lake so you are near the town but in a countryside atmosphere. The room are nice with enough space and modern showers. The owners are very kind and you feel in a familiar atmosphere. Probably only breakfast is poor: no cakes, no yogurt choice but the ballance price-quality is ok.

Good solution

I stayed at this hotel for two nights during a business trip. Good location near waregem, large and clean rooms with large bathroom and shower. Good also the restaurant, you can order meat and fish and cook yourself on the hot stone brought to the table (cooking healthy and naturally without the usual sausages).

Good three-star hotel.

Just located on the shore of a small lake,it's a paceful place not far from Waregem. Rooms are essential and new.Plasma-tv with international channels.Wifi for free available (with some limitations).Restaurant available with a reasonable price.Nice place to stay to take a rest away from the city chaos.Breakfast ok.

Nice position

I arrived late but there was no issues the hotel issued me with instructions how to gain entry, the room was very clean, parking was excellent and breakfast was good.  I certainly would return to this Hotel

Excellent location and service

Well, first of all, the hotel is in Waregem, so still a certain distance from Courtrai. The hotel is in the countryside, quiet, a very good point. Attention: it doesn't look like a hotel so you pass by without really seeing it... Modern building, presenting relatively well. The guests are very welcoming and friendly. For the rooms, it's relatively modern too but I found my room extremely cold and soulless. A vague impression that under the varnish... The smell of the clay grills that get stuck in the room the evening when I come back, it's not terrible.
