We had a very good weekend at the Villa des Fagnes where we were warmly welcomed by the housekeeper who kindly adapted to our slightly special times for breakfast the first morning. The next day we enjoyed it in the sun and on the terrace. The villa is on the edge of the new Ravel and within walking distance of the city centre or sports centre. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, well equipped. A good address.

Accommodation, friendliness, comfort, location

This was the first time my friends and I visited Spa for the Belgium Grand Prix. We were luck to have found Christine and the Villa des Fagnes. She was so accommodating to our needs. The breakfast each morning was fantastic. We especially loved the homemade jams and fresh pastries.  Centrally located between and town and the track, we traveled no more than 10-15 minute drive from the B&B.  

A special place in Spa

It's a great discovery, a nice welcome, a very nice, very clean room, a perfect breakfast, and a must for a true haven of peace, thank you for coming to us every year, see you next year.

We love it, we're back to it!

Very recommended place to stay at the Spa area. The landlady Cristine is a lovely person, and takes care of everything extremely well. Breakfast is fantastic, you must try the homemade jams and breads! I've been staying here for many years when racing at Spa-Francorchamps, never disappointed and wouldn't choose anywhere else.

We went to this establishment for a rest we had been there the year before... in the summer... and we had no worries. But.... this time, the bosses made us believe that they had a sudden and incomprehensible failure of their heating.. and we actually shaved!!! Such a bad faith is shameful.. look at the other sites like Trip Advisor, in the fags villa section and you will see that we are not the only ones who have been pigeons... disappointed.. we will never go back there..

The heating system is down. Let's see.

Excellent stay in this Bed & Breakfast

Located about 1 km from the centre of Spa, this structure consists of a few separate cottages, submerged in green, in a quiet and relaxed environment. The breakfast room and reception are located in the central body and are easily reached from the green-lined alleys. Excellent sleep quality, hospitality and constant but discreet availability. Our family home, a two-bedroom structure on two levels, was furnished in a simple but elegant way, with all the amenities.

Belgian hospitality, tranquility and relaxation

We were very much anticipated!...and it's so much better! The hostess is charming and very thoughtful. The suite was nice, the bedding is impeccable, the bathroom is new or almost, the cleanliness reigns everywhere. The breakfast is very complete with everything you can expect from the nice signs of the hotel. I say, Baby! If I wanted to put a little bemool on it (very small!!!) it's the access to the bathroom by a chord that makes enough noise... So don't expect to enter the bathroom to meet an urgent need in all intricacy without waking up your hat.

Quality and hospitality

What a warm welcome we have in this charming villa. The room with everything we need: a large, very comfortable bed, a beautiful bunk bed, a silence that can hardly wake you up in the morning... and a real treat, homemade jams, and all the good stuff that makes you forget the comfort left in the room!

A weekend of lovers

We stayed with the whole Franco family in the cottage and we don't regret our choice: spa accessible on foot while being calm. The owners of the spa are incredibly kind. Super place to stay. Breakfast is perfect to start the day. The room and especially the bed was more than comfortable. By the way, the blinds removed all the light from the room. Ideal for matte fats and naps.
