I had two full conference days and breakfast was served quite late so I couldn't make use of the service. As compensation I recieved a breakfast bag the evening before. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable but the rest of the hotel was a bit outdated.

Bed was comfortable.

The rooms, although spacious, are neglected and dirty, the breakfast is embarrassing, the staff is courteous (at least that...) the only thing worth noting is that it is 2 steps from both Grote Markt and Oude Markt.

Never More

Sad service, more than deplorable service, sluggishness, lack of a garbage can, lack of a hand towel, the professor's good years are far gone, a pity for this institution.

Sad for an institution that used to be famous

located in the heart of the city center.
They offer an excellent balance between good prices and high-quality drinks cocktails and mocktails. 
They garnished their cocktails with fresh fruits.
service was fast and efficient.
However, it's a bit noisy.

Visited the cocktail bar and not the hotel

Firstly location is perfect. Very closed the pubs, shopping street, bus stops and food court. Almost 2 km far from train station. 
Breakfast is simple and good. 
Everyday room was cleaned.
There are cocktail bar which is entrance of the  hotel.

If you're undecided here you can spend the day, see the week depending on the pace of your descent 😁 Yes, there are cocktails for every taste, with or without alcohol.

What a choice

Nice  staff , great location for  eating drinking middle of the "party"  bargain pricing..... small rooms …. place was a bit run down and  at night the streets below came alive with  drunk college kids till about  11 pm to 5 am.... over all worked because I worked long hours and had ear plugs I used at night... liked that I had  lots of choices to eat at night.... convince store close by.

I had two nights here at the end of the university term, it's a quiet hotel with friendly staff. I was up on room on floor four, a good climb up the stairs (there is a lift) which are narrow. The bar area was popular but not busy, beer seemed reasonably priced. Room was small & dated but clean and comfortable. Ensuite was ideal. Only issue was noise from street which was until 4am both nights.
Breakfast was continental served in bar and fine for price. The location is ideal for getting around city centre which is lovely.

Tired, friendly and comfortable

Extremely helpful staff, central location and good breakfast.Interieur a little dated, but considering the price, you cannot complain at all about it.

Cheap, central Hotel

This hotel is right above a club. The noise at night is unbearable. All the people are out on the streets. The decibles of the dancing are such that you can't sleep.
It is rundown. There is noise in the corridor and it feels unsafe.
Stay away from this place.
