I stayed one night at this hotel and I have nothing but good to say; clean, hygienic, tidy and beautiful! For the price we were well served, there is nothing missing and the bed is comfortable to sleep on. Wi-Fi is free and there is a TV.

A clean and beautiful hotel

We spent two nights here as part of a motorsport event. The hotel is conveniently located (and yet relatively quiet) near the motorway and near the Zolder Circuit. We were welcomed and got a room on the first floor. The room was large enough, had a small bathroom and was somewhat bright. The breakfast buffet was good and is available on weekdays from 7.00 a.m. and on weekends from 7.30 a.m. Parking is available in sufficient quantities. Should we come back to Zolder, this hotel will come back into the narrower range.

Quiet hotel near the race track

Very poor room, small, old, uncomfortable bed. Bathroom more than basic. Summary lunch. but there are some advantages: the proximity to the highway, free Wi-Fi (good connection) and the kindness of the bosses.

Overall the quality of the hotel was ok for its price. Conveniently located close to the highway, it was easy to find. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was ok.
When we entered, we were greeted by the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway. Our room itself smelled like bleach. When I woke up in the morning, I smelled the cigarette smoke coming under our door. This is really not ok. We assume the owners who seem to be living in the same building smoke inside in their living quarters.

For 100 euros a night = small and old room, disappointing breakfast, the breakfast room not clean, we thought we were in a living room of an inhabitant... no bar, dirty and dangerous terrace.

It's not worth the price!

Good quality, clean and quiet room. Close to the Zolder Circuit. Located near the round point of exit 28 with free parking.

Very good accommodation.

3 minutes from junction 28 on the 314 you will find this small family run Hotel/motel. Our double room was quite small, poorly lit and the decoration somewhat dated however it was clean & well  serviced during our visit. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but the free WiFi works well.

Peter  is an excellent host, freindly and helpful. Breakfast is much better than average and served between 7 & 11 a.m.
OK for a couple of nights

Convenient  but not luxurious

Hotel very well located, especially at the exit of the motorway and the motorway circuit. Our room was comfortable even if the bedding was to be seen again. Smell strongly of cigarettes. A nice breakfast in a large room. A few restaurants nearby, even accessible on foot. A small negative point: The attendance times for staff are not updated. There is no one in the hotel permanently, and depending on the time of arrival this can be problematic.

It's comfortable

Hotel and comfortable room. Very nice lunch in a pleasant setting. Close to the circuit and the motorway exit. Many restaurants nearby. Attention the legislation on cigarettes is not the same when France then the smells are present in the corridors and some rooms.

Stayed as it was convenient for the motorway. Room OK but had a strong smell of neutradol as if they were trying to cover up smoky smell from the room. Bed comfortable and slept well. Breakfast very sparse. Hotel is located in small town but there is a good restaurant called The Coriander within walking distance which was lucky as there is no restaurant at the hotel. I would go to the restaurant again but don't think I would go back to the hotel.
