A very nice stay just outside the ring road in a very lush, green part of town. Kevin and Tiny (pronounced "tin-ee") are great hosts and they have been doing this for many years. We had Room #1 which is beautiful, large and has a commanding view of the adjacent creek and trees. There are a few things you should know prior to booking: 1) there is no elevator here - you will need to use stairs to get to your room; 2) the toilet is separate from the shower and the walls do not extend to the ceiling. You should know the person you are sharing the room with intimately; 3) there are no tables or luggage stands in the room to place your suitcases. Kevin, may I suggest a long, high table against the wall between the toilet door and shower door? You will need to sort your bags on the floor - not a problem for us, but maybe inconvenient for elderly or disabled; 4) there is no room service (again, OK for us, but please note if not for you). 

The breakfast was lovely and gave us time to get to know our friendly hosts!

Couldn't imagine picking a better place to stay in Brugge. Kevin and Tiny were so friendly and accomadating. The breakfast is tailored to what you want, and is the most amazing home prepared vegan food. The room was amazing too. Very comfortable. And the location was nice and peaceful for chilling. They're also very knowledgeable when it comes to attractions and good places to eat. Even if you're not vegans, you MUST stay here if you can. 

Amazing Vegan friendly B&B 10 mins from centre of Brugge. A must stay!!! 

My daughter and I stayed for four nights in early May. The rooms are uncluttered but have all the essentials. An excellent shower. The breakfast was just as promised: because of Covid we ordered in advance and it was waiting for us when we came down. The chat with Kevin and Tiny was one of the highlights of the day.
The town centre is indeed easily walkable but Singel 10 is an oasis of calm just on the edge of the moat. Our second day was spent in Ghent but the two days in Bruges were sufficient to get the flavour of the town. 
All in all, a very enjoyable stay and this was in large part down to our hosts.

What an amazing stay at a brilliant B&B - beautiful building; charming hosts; delicious vegan breakfast; peaceful canal-side location; convenient of the centre; modern rooms with all you need. What more can you ask for! Kevin also gave us recommendations for places to eat and I cannot recommend Hashtag Food enough for some incredible vegan "works of art". Thank you for letting us stay with you. Merry Xmas and hopefully see you soon.

Perfect for Bruges

I had the room on the front with the red wall shown in many photos. I rolled (yes, on wheels) that long white table toward the window overlooking the beautiful view of the river and canal, put a chair on the other side, and had an evening snack and some wine while figuring out the next day. Perfect. The sun sets on the back of the building where two other rooms are. (I posted front and back views in the photos)

It is a bit of a hike into town or from the train station (along the river). But then the location is quiet and interesting and beautiful in its own right and in a residential neighborhood on a dead end street. The walk into town goes through an old city gate building over the river. 

Breakfast and hosts (I only met her) info in other reviews, all true if positive. I had a lot of questions about the original and remodeled building architecture and his other designs, some photos of which were in an album in the room. Very modernist/post modernist sort of 70's vibe. Anyway, she gave no indications of wanting to escape the conversation. 

The small OK supermarket just across the river on the way into town is not as good as a larger Proxy Delhaize nearer the center, if that matters to you.  

Highly recommended. Check all the photos.

Delighted to discover this B&B in beautiful Brugge/Bruges that caters for my vegan diet - the owners are vegans themselves! 
But everyone will enjoy the delicious breakfasts with home-made breads, granola, juices and other goodies, and of course excellent coffee.. As well as a warm welcome and plenty of local knowledge and recommendations from our friendly hosts.
A surprisingly quiet street only a few minutes walk from the highlights of historic Bruges, ultra-modern and comfortable rooms in a lovingly restored and characterful house. We even had a balcony. Walking distance from the train station.
No TV but free WiFi. 
If you're vegan, vegetarian or just want to try something different, I'd definitely recommend AM/PM.

Delightful B&B - vegans welcome!

We spent 3 nights with Kevin and Tiny. They are in a great location to the city center and to the train station--easy walk everywhere--and along the canal green area. Room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is delicious, and hosts are helpful.

Great location and hospitality

Stayed with Kevin and Tiny a few days ago while we visited Bruges for four days. There hospitality and kindness was remarkable, and they made our stay with them feel like home. And the breakfast....well....outstanding.
