The apartment is located within walking distance from Nezavisimosti Square, nearby are: the Central Cinema, the M. Theater. Gorky, the Church of St. Simeon and St. Helena, restaurants and Zybitskaya street.
At the apartment
The apartments can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests have access to a kitchen, a bathroom, 3 separate bedrooms, each with a king-size double bed, and a living room with a fold-out sofa. The guests also have access to a built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, water filter and dishes — glasses, wine glasses, cups, shot glasses, cutlery, soup, dinner and dessert plates, frying pans, pots, salad bowls. In addition, the kitchen has tea, coffee, sugar.
Guests have access to bathroom accessories: shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, terry towels. The apartment has a washing machine, as well as an iron, ironing board, drying rack and hair dryer for the convenience of guests. Schuco double-glazed windows are installed. The windows of the kitchen and one of the bedrooms overlook the courtyard, the windows of the living room and the second bedroom overlook Nezavisimosti Square.
