What was good
It was great, we really enjoyed it, and the fact that we settled in at 3 o'clock at night, and the fact that we had a kitchen where we could have tea anytime, and especially a balcony, and they told us about the city, and they gave us a map, and they offered to keep things for themselves.
What was bad
I liked it.
Marina, thank you so much for taking the time to share your kind comment!

What was good
Clean, neat, friendly staff, Wi-Fi, fresh repairs, overall comfortable.
What was bad
A very small kitchen room is as common as a hostel, the price of a full-fledged hotel, but it's actually something of an average between a hostel and a hotel.
Thank you for your feedback and appreciation, and we look forward to seeing you again, hoping that next time you leave an exceptionally positive impression.

What was good
It's a great room for a family of four... a clean room next to the Brest Fortress memorial.
What was bad
The only drawback was that you couldn't pay with a bank card.
Thank you for choosing our hotel. Your comments will be taken into consideration in future work.

Classic Family room, 1 night
What was good
The room was big, there was a sink and a balcony plus the bathroom. The kitchen and the common area was great, too (fully-equipped kitchen, tables, sofas and a TV)
What was bad
There were 4 of us and we had a big bed and two bunk beds for us. I am not sure it is the best solution for adults
