There is a reason why this resort is aptly named. It literally sit on property overlooking absolutely serene, balmy, blue waters. It's a paradise beyond description. The condominiums, at the one I occupied a spacious, tastefully furnished.  The living quarters are on the ground floor and the bedroom are on the second and third floors.

Literally Blue Water

It was prob a year before this but the 3 story units with spiral staircases was a treat. My wife and 4 children has plenty of room and short walk to beach which seems to go on for miles. Can't wait till reopens and book another trip. We liked it seemed very private and people there were all very helpful.

Had a blast!!!!

I think it was in 2014 when I stayed here but I remember it so clearly, I love this place. I cant wait to stay again. Clean rooms, good location, reasonable prices, I rooms and friendly staff. My girl friends and I were pleased.

Comfortable but all windows needed to be replaced on all units Furniture was comfortable 
Good location grocery store and bus station and local shops close by nice private beach next door to Sandals resort

I was upgraded when I got there to a 3 bdrm and I was there by myself. I had an ocean front suite and I really enjoyed. If you want a stay that is away from all of the Atlantis hoopla, this is your place. Its nice and clean, quiet, and the bar by the pool is nice too.

Nice Getaway

The main problem is the tremendous desire for money that prevails among the local workers, which blends well with the typical American tourist who frequents this resort. The staff who should be in charge of the animation does not hesitate to collect marine stars from the crystal sea, unloading them in front of everyone to give them to those who ask for them in exchange for a tip. I guess we would have decidedly preferred not to see, as lovers of the basins that the island has to offer to visitors. The beach is small, but the sea is spectacular.

Good housing, ruined by the people who run it

I am writing this review while I am still at the swimming pool moved by a momentum of anger. Unfortunately the staff of the facility is at the edge of civilisation. This morning while we were swimming in the crystal clear water of the beach we noticed a beautiful starfish, the swimmer immediately dived to recover it. We asked him to be able to see it and he explained that he had to take it to tourists as a souvenir. I was opposed and the lifeguard of the facility almost assaulted me, took the starfish and took it to the village chief who was throwing him out armed with a knife. Nearby there were three American motherfish and a wet 8-year-old girl with that already wet starfish.

Discrete but highly uncivilized arrangement

We came as a family to celebrate Christmas and New Year 2015, we had a nice stay. The apartments are on two floors and are spacious, the terrace is large and we can make BBCs, the bathrooms are a little old, and the toilets close easily but thankfully there is a windmill! The beach and pool are fine, nothing to say and sun all the time. There are restaurants at the hotel exit and a hyper-walk, the bus passes in front of the hotel to the city center every five minutes, and the staff is friendly but don't hesitate to ask for four or five times your request even when we are at the Caribbean's rhythm.... hello hello

Very nice stay.

All comfort, very clean, warm reception, beautiful swimming pool, nice bar, and private beach, all assembled to accommodate up to a family of 6 people per bungalow for a relaxation by the sea (water is 30 degrees!!!) and ideal as a starting point for visiting Nassau by taking the picturesque bus 10 that stops just in front of the springs.;-) Ps: price more than reasonable. We went there in September... so not in high season.

Flawless as a starting point for visiting Nassau!

It's easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport, about 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel is green, but when we were there, there was a little renovation going on, construction debris was visible. The staff is a little lazy, but that's normal for the Bahamas. There's a tourist-focused supermarket nearby, prices are high there. A good beach, although small. The villa itself is clean, the furniture is new. There's a washing machine, a dryer.
