What was good

The manager Juanita was incredibly welcoming and tried to accommodate requests.

What was bad

The room did not have running water when we arrived until the following day. Additionally, while the chickens + roosters add to the island charm, from 4am-9am they crowed and yelled extremely loud directly outside (10 ft or less from the patio). The walls were so thin you could hear every noise. The rooms could have been cleaner upon arrival and furniture seemed on the brink of breaking. If we had paid less for the room I would feel less compelled to complain.
