If you want to know what it's like to be treated differently than a person, you're here. We came here for a few days. We ran away the next morning............................................

I wouldn't recommend it.

I didn't like this hotel because of the small size of the rooms in the main building, because of the obsolete renovation, because of the worn out furniture and the poor service. The location is not bad, it's around the mountain and the beautiful vegetation. However, there is no dinner here, so I can't say anything about the food. I suggest you choose other hotels that fit this beautiful region.

Needs a major repair.

Booked two rooms at the hotel, they have mentioned that all rooms will have AC etc. but when we arrived for checking in we found out that the rooms are not the same one we booked also have no AC. The reception guy was rode and not helpful, we asked he to tell the manager to speak with us but he said there is no manager🤔. 

Will never recommend it to anyone and won’t think to visit again.

Worst experience ever

Very clean and tidy rooms , polite staff, amazing nature, freshest air. The only concern was mattres (room 105) and food could be improved. Would be better to see organic products like eggs, cheese, milk etc.. from the same village

Breath deeply and keep fresh air

It's cozy, clean, the food is delicious, the service is good, there's lots of fun for the kids, the nature is wonderful, the air is clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, everything you need to have a good time.

It's a great place for a family vacation.

First day we paid 120 AZN for semi-lux room, it was very hot and there was no air conditioner. When I opened the window and the door, there is loud music playing. There are only 7 rooms have air conditioner. Therefore, for second day we paid 190 AZN for lux room which has air conditioner. In the lux room suddenly I felt that something is crushed under my shoes. I found that it was mouse. No room service. They even had not changed bed sheets between the guests. After we told them about it,  they changed the bed sheets.

Awful, awful, awful

We got booked into an odd second building which seemed to be rather new as the windows frames still had plastic on and overall the rooms looked newly built. Poor finishing though and not the cleanest place. Lots of black hair everywhere and neither of us have black hair. Breakfast was good though but quite some walk from that building. Rooms are definitely not noise isolated. Could hear people breathing heavily in other rooms and in the hallway.

Odd place

Unprofessional administrative supervisor, not serious attitude toward work, non willing to help. Staff members the same. Awful staff and management "methods". 👎🏼

Bron uchun administratorla evvelceden telefon baglantisi edende onun danishiq terzinde, munasibetinde hiss olunur otelin xidmet seviyesinin hansi seviyyede oldugu. Administrator otelin uzu, teqdimatchisi oldugun undub, ozunu uygun olmayan seviyyede aparb mushterileri qachirtmaqla meshguldur. 
Meslehet gormurem. Seviyye yerlerde!

We went to Shahdagh, we came here on the way. There's nothing supernatural here. Service... It roams even in high-class hotels in Azerbaijan. Nature is beautiful. But it was cold. The dishes are good, everything is fresh, the kids tried to do everything right. Prices are cutting. The average bill is 4-120 manats, with an average zp of 300-400 manats.

The boarding house.

The hotel itself was built a long time ago, the usual place to stay although the price is slightly lower than the best hotels in this area (you can even have a house with better conditions and a swimming pool). the usual rooms, so there is no such super-flavored restaurant, breakfast was everything, but if you didn't have time you didn't have time.)))) there were no bathroom applications that brings inconvenience (soap toothbrushes fans and etc etc), the hotel is suitable for walking in this area in the splendid nature and coming to spend the night, by the way the water was almost cold)))) although they call it hot :) the internet in the hotel didn't work at all.
