The hotel is located very close to the centre of Baku, within 20-30 minutes by bus or taxi. Everything was nice, clean rooms, cleaning every day, room service plus. At the reception the kids are responsive, everyone speaks Russian, always ready to help, order a taxi, solve a question, to clarify. The hotel is well maintained, the area is not green enough, the sea is clean, the beach is not perfectly monitored, but they try. Breakfast is delicious, varied, the cook is well prepared.

We preferred Aysberg over other resorts as the pictures uploaded were quite mesmerising, but our decision proved wrong. Rooms are worn out. Except for staff in reception, none of the staff speaks English nor you can communicate orders to the kitchen staff as they couldn't speak or understand English.  The pool and beach are good. One night we spent without aircon, I asked them to fix but they showed inability and replied that technician will come tomorrow. Staff at reception mostly showed an inability to solve issues which was more a management problem, otherwise, the staff itself was receptive.  Compared to room size television screen was very small and had very few channels plus slow wifi. Food at restaurants was good, but the menu was in the local language so difficult to pick up as the staff couldn't speak English. Overall experience was mixed, washrooms were old and water leaking from a plugged tape.  Windows towards the road are not soundproof so, at night traffic and sea, wind can disturb your sleep.
Not worth the money paid, with this condition I will recommend exploring other options if no option is available then your stay will be without regret.

Not at par to our expectations

The Restaurant service was the worst service I have ever seen in my self it is worst than a 1 star hotel.

We've been here for a day. It's clean, cozy, beautiful. The area is small, but there's everything you need. The beach  pool  ♂️ bar restaurant. It's all equipped for conscience. Pants on the beach are given out, at least five a day) The restaurant is great, everything is delicious that you haven't tried. The rooms are cozy, the bed is comfortable, it's very simple. The staff is very attentive. The only drawback is the noise from the highway under the windows, in those rooms that look right at the highway.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, cozy and unique! The cleaning is perfect! The white underwear, the towels, the clean carpet, no dust on the windowsill. You can get to the city either by taxi or by bus 125. And enjoy a walk on the beautiful and spacious Baku, the famous Boulevard Boulevard! In general, you are very pleased with the holiday! These warm memories do not stay in your heart, and we are still here!

It's an unforgettable vacation!

I had a room on the second floor with windows on the side of the road, it was big. The soundproofing on the ground floor was zero 🏻 ♀️ and the wind was blowing and the windows seemed to be falling apart now (I couldn't sleep). The bed was huge (out of two). The bathroom water was leaking to the floor. The staff was good. I came in at night, they wrote in very quickly. The oil is pouring out of the sea, I wouldn't swim here. May is not the season at all (around the building, the pool is empty, the beds are not yet there). The cooking in this hotel is not good. Good only the smell. Probably for the cost of 2400 per night it's normal.

The breakfast was very simple not american breakfast( we got cold boiled eggs,cheese,cold small sausage,cheese on one small plate)
The hotel was not fully booked but we had noisy neibourghs)

The dinner restaurant was excellent,great dinner with nice service.
The beds were comfortable,rooms big.
The showers were in bath ,all in bath was corosed,should be replaced.

Comfortable 2 bedroom room

We have been there in the very end of the season just a few people there which felt strange. Btw all russian so the resort is very popular between them. The room was spacious but unrgently need for some renovation. They have just smoking rooms so everything smelt after smoke. Moreover the bathroom smelt also very bad it was not possible to keep the door open during night. The reception spoke English but nobody else in the hotel. You are not able to talk not even few words with the restaurant staff. They have a very strange tradition: in the restaurant is just cash paying possible they dont write it to your room and if you want to pay by card they escort you to the reception to do so. The waiters dont move from your side until payment which is ridiculous. We did not book breakfast originally but we changed our mind and added this to our reservation at arrival. The restaurant staff didnt understand this change so they called at every morning the reception again to check it and we had to explain each every time the situation. The outside area is nice including the Beach. However everything is a bit old and very oldafashioned and not too clean. They played the whole day very laud music it was definitely disturbing. In the neigbourhood is nothing within walking distance so no chance to take even a walk or do anything outside. So, mostly because od the Beach its okay but next time I would try something else. On the pictures it definitely looks better then it is.

They have hotel, Restaurant swimming pool and beach as well. It's nice place just 15 minuts drive from city center.  I'm with my 6 friends. It was 1:35 at night. We order fish. They bring it in 45 minuts. It was just ok. Thank you.

So I want to highlight all the staff at the hotel. They're very smiling and nice people. The service is very fast. The rooms are big and cozy. All I'm betting on is four for is that apart from the hotel vacationers, there are the city vacationers.
