A comfortable hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms. The wifi works good. Great parking places in front of the hotel. 20 minutes away from the center of town (with tram 38 that has its stop 50 m away from the hotel). 

A nice hotel

By my opinion, thi is a 2 stars hotel. Neither quiet, nor comopfortable.
We booked this hotel because of its vicinity to the Grinzing district and free car parking posibility. Both is true!
The receptionist on arrival was kind, but everything else was a failure. The hotel is old fashioned, the traffic on the street runs all the night. Some rooms have to carry also the noise of the restaurant garden bellow, until half past ten in the evening.
The hotel is overprised and we could not get rid of the feeling, that the hotel is heading slowly to the end.
Be aware of the hot days, there is no air condition in the rooms.

Close to Grinzing, but...

Close to the public transportation to get to downtown Vienna or visit the most picturesque neighborhoods... it's in a very quiet area, near family drive, clean room, I would recommend it!

Quiet and comfortable

Hotel easily accessible from the highway exit. Parking in the vineyards easily accessible. Close to the public transport stops to reach the centre of Vienna. Large rooms, fairly spacious furnishings, minimal, good cleaning level. I would say the perfect place to visit Vienna.

Perfect for visiting Vienna

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room is spacious but dark. The bathroom has also experienced better times. In the shower the drain smells quite harsh and the water did not always come out hot or cold. The breakfast is very thin and little varied. Positive is the connection to the S train right on the road to the hotel.

If you want to spend an evening mourning in Grinzing, the hotel is a good choice because it's nearby. Moreover, the tram stop is across the street. The hotel is very simple, breakfast is included, but the room was large and clean and the rooms on the street are also quiet.

Close to Grinzing

The hotel is very simple. but the cleaning is excellent and the location is just as good. All around there are convenient parking spaces and the tram passes in front of you that leads directly to the center. Given the location slightly on the outskirts. At night no annoying noises are heard. The owner speaks perfectly Italian. We were fine and we recommend it!

Cozy small hotel, tram stop is nearby - 15 minutes to the centre.

Hello from mid 80's. There no sockets in the room to charge smartphone,laptop or anything else. We managed to find one socket near the door, but that was difficult to charge 2 smartphones and 1 photocamera. Also there is no hot breakfast, and breakfest itself very poor (with no notes on the food, sometimes it's not possible to understand what is it).

Not for this price

When we were going to book a hotel for New Year's Eve in Vienna it was the cheapest hotel of all, which was a little alarming. But in the end the hotel was quite decent... Staff: The woman at the reception spoke English fluently, when there were any questions, everything was resolved very quickly. The room was broken down, within 10 minutes we were brought a new one. The staff at the breakfast quickly filled up the supplies and everything was generally friendly and attentive... Breakfast Standard breakfast - just a slice, juice, tea, coffee, baking. Everything is very tasty and very quickly filled.... The main rooms are always very clean, but the main streets are a little cool.

It's a nice little hotel.

The hotel is located in the Dobling district near the village of Grizing, famous for its many very nice and affordable typical restaurants. Taking the comfortable tram 38 in front of the hotel (there is one every 7 minutes and knocks every 30) in 15 minutes you arrive at the main station in the university area from where you can take bus and metro. The rooms are clean, change towels every day and the breakfast is plentiful (very good typical sandwiches).
