A truly unique and amazing experience. The igloos are really spectacular and so much detail, thought and skill has gone into their preparation. Our hosts were fantastic and really welcoming and knowledgeable. The snow shoe hike was really good fun too.

I booked the Fundue Deluxe, which cost 110€ for 2 people. The service was very nice and the fondue and the small (really very small) cold plate before was delicious. The ambience is also beautiful and definitely unique. However, I must say that I find 110€ clearly overpriced. The 110€ included a welcome drink for 2 people, the small cold plate (with walnuts, mustard, crane, two small pieces of bread, 1 landlord, some cheese, 1 cranberry) and the cheese sauce for which you only got bread.

This is a very important part of the project.

We were a couple for a night here, a lovingly designed Igludorf, very friendly staff, the dinner at the Iglu (cheese fondue or noodles) was delicious and very rich, drinks prices ok. The snowboarding was also supi. We were lucky that we were only 4 people in total, so the sanitary facilities were ok, 1 toilet, two urinal and two showers in the gentlemen's area would probably have been too few otherwise in the morning rush. Unfortunately there is no real escape if it gets too cold one night, but then at 3:00 am I migrated to the house for a few extra hours to blow my face and the spikes of life up again... somewhat after 4 hours of sleep at the end of the morning.

Accommodation in the Iglu

The Iglus are just the hammer. The guides were super sweet and made us feel in good hands. The food was delicious and the snowshoeing was really fun. The sleeping bags are super warm and the beds are really cozy. Thank you very much to the Iglu village team.

It was a great experience and a perfect evening around.

We spent the night in the group igloo, four of us, and it was really cozy and warm in the sleeping bag:) we all slept very well! The guides were so kind and gave us great tips on how to make the night as pleasant as it was then. Everything is very clean, the snowshoeing was great and the breakfast buffet the next morning in the hunting lodge was probably the best we ever had (you can even squeeze your own juice)! -> a very recommended experience ☺️

That's great!

We spent a great day in Koehtai at 4am. The Iglu village is beautifully built. The team there welcomed us superbly and we were very well received. The bar is casual. It's just a little cold, but you can count on it in the Iglu and the sparkling wine and cheap hot bottles;-) Also the snow shoes walking offered has been nice and warm again. The sauna we didn't use, but it would be there. Sleeping in warm sleeping bags on fur that were very clean. You just have to try this.

Many thanks to Margareta and Lukas, you've been a great team and we've felt the same way. 🤗👍🏻 If you ever want something special and fun to spend a night in the cold is right here. Perfect in the middle of the ski area, so it's best to take skiing with you and on the day of arrival and even after night. It's also great that you're not tied up in a train's lifts and that saves you the train tickets and it's not bad if you're not on time. You can still get to the car and park for free anytime. The sauna should be done just before you go to bed I is great. Sanitary facilities are very clean and light.

Romance Iglu night

The adventure is worth it for everyone. Great team, well organized and in the sleeping bag is more likely to sweat. The igloos are beautifully decorated inside. Even the dinner and the bar make for a great view. Shower and toilets are clean. Sauna we didn't use this time.

I'm going to tell you a story.

It's a very nice atmosphere, the igloos are beautifully designed from the outside as well as from the inside. The snow pictures in the igloos are different and really well done in each. The snowboarding and the subsequent sauna warm you up enough that you can spend the night comfortably without any problems.

It was a great experience.

This is a must try for a unique adventure and experience. Welcomed with a warm drink, check in is in the main igloo where dinner and the bar is, you are given the keys and the you are taken through the logistics of the site, eg food, activities, shower facilities. The igloos have a wooden door and all have unique carvings in the snow, lit up with LED lights and you are welcomed with your sung sleeping bags and we opted for the package with a sparkling bottle of wine and chocolates. Dinner in the evening of fondue was fab, you eat with the other guest and a good chance to chat and meet people. There are different activities for after dinner but we opted to just sit by the fire and toast marshmallow taking in the atmosphere. It is off course a super cold at night but surprisingly warm in the sleeping bags. The showers were super clean and warm. Would really recommend this if you want to try something different, would definitely recommend for couples as very romantic.
