It's incomprehensible how to modernize a holiday home to make beautiful pictures, and then clean up the old mattresses. There was also something that went through and molded! The bedding was made of cheap polyester, and it cracked every move. Even the towels were old, stained, thin and hard. No shower, even laundry and garbage was saved in the kitchen. No knife was suitable for cutting. Everything that was touched was cut. Our vaccines were not wanted to look at, guests were running around the house without a mask, and the cleaning force was still explicitly saying You need the mask here. We definitely didn't need the mask again for the health case?

Unfortunately not so good

We felt very comfortable in the Rosenhof in Pertisau. The apartment was very clean and beautifully designed. Everything was obviously newly renovated. The apartment was also very quiet. Even from the neighbouring rooms, despite occupation, nothing was heard. The owners were very friendly and were always approachable. Since the family lives in the property itself, the Rosenhof has a very family impact. The Rosenhof is very suitable as a starting point for walks around the Achensee. Many walks can be started directly from the Rosenhof. Otherwise, the bus keeps a few meters away, so that you can also reach the other side of the lake and the Rofenberg very well. We will surely come back!

Nice apartments / very friendly owners

Booked this place after seeing how beautiful it looked online, and it exceeded our expectations. We were made to feel at home from the first second and the warm welcome only grew over the course of the week. Wonderful apartment, amazing hosts and a breathtaking view from the balcony. Almost felt asif we were leaving friends behind when we came to saying our Goodbye's, that's how well we were treated! The location is also perfect, towards the top of the hill and away from the daily hustle and bustle at the lake, so lovely and quiet, but also only a 10 minute walk away. Cannot recommend Appartements Rosenhof enough.

Perfect Family Holiday

We stayed here for 5 nights. What I liked was: - a very convenient location: nearby the main top cafes (Dorfwirt, Essbar), nearby the elevator. Also nearby is a rental center where we rented running skis for rent (and immediately started on one of the tracks). Nearby is also a pharmacy) - inside the room everything is very clean, normal repair. In the kitchen a full set of dishes, an electric teapot, a plate. - the presence of street parking at the apartments. - good wifi. - the spaciousness of the apartments.

Convenient location!)

We spent a couple of nights in the Rosenhof this year for the second time. As in 2016, we were enthusiastic about the great modern apartments and enjoyed every minute. I can only connect with the description with the previous evaluation. All apartments are equipped with solid wood, are spacious and have comfortable beds and sofas. Everything is extremely clean and stylish. We are planning again for next year:)

Okay, we have to say that the average age in Pertisau on the Aachen Sea in terms of tourists is probably well over 50. Maybe that's why this accommodation stands out. The house, a fairly new addition to a traditional Tyrol inn, is a combination of tradition and modernity. The hostess is also well under 50 and extremely kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were so excited that we spontaneously invited a friendly couple from home. This was no problem for the hostess. There were no more free rooms, but in our dining room they could relax and relax in a very simple way. The accommodation is very modern and convenient overall. However, the accommodation is also very convenient and the hotel is very convenient, and it is also a great way to get away from the city, but it's not far from the nearest supermarket and the most convenient way to get away from the sea.
