430 reviewsThis was our 2nd stay at hotel Bergwelt. This time we booked direct vs via a travel agent. We received a warm welcome, rooms are well appointed. The food is excellent and a mix of buffet and table service food. The restaurant manager is great and very welcoming and entertaining. Bar area is great serves food around 4pm post skiing snack. They also have live music one night I think which was good. This is a very family friendly hotel the kids have the own buffet, the kids club is excellent and all of the staff go out of their way to make you welcome. Pool and spa area is great after a days hard skiing. All the spa upstairs is for kids and adults - pool indoor and out door, hot tub and sauna. Downstairs is just adults. The hotel is about a 3 min walk from where you can put skis on and ski down to the town centre. To get back you can either ski back down an easy blue run or call the hotel and they send the mini bus to collect you from the town centre. Ski rental is across the street from the hotel. Lift passes can be arranged at the hotel. This is simply an excellent hotel we will be back again - we highly recommend it.

A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price - hotel «Hotel Bergwelt» is located in Obergurgl. This hotel is located in the city center. In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel — Mittelstation Ski Lift, Bergbahnen Sölden and SPAR Ennemoser.
