Probably great for sporting teams, school groups etc, but not for travellers.

If you’re visiting Innsbruck for a few days, do yourself a favour and spend a few more euros for a quality experience, or if on a budget, save some money by staying in a hostel as you don’t get much more here.

It was clean, but very basic . No room fridge, no couch,one chair, cramped bathroom, timber flooring. 

Most significantly for visitors, everything is distant. Old town centre is 20+ min walk, there are no eating places or supermarkets of any sort within walking distance.

Not much more than a hostel

We stayed there while being in Innsbruck for skiing. Breakfasts are great with good coffee.
Cross the road and you'll catch a free ski bus to all the ski areas. 
It was warm and clean. So we highly recommend it

Amazing place

It reminds me a little of the neighbourhoods from my school days, but it's been a few years now:-). You'll be greeted with a Tyrol style, but not unfriendly. The location is ideal for the sports centre, otherwise relatively outside. The rooms are as mentioned and also leave the cleaning to be desired. Absolutely low point is the bathroom. Clean but optically East block from the 70s. Breakfast goes, dinner I wasn't there, as I've already said how many pieces of meat and dessert there is for everyone.....

Housed

This is accommodation for you if you are a budget traveller. Rooms are spotless and minimalistic. The place itself is a bit weird because it is located in sports centre. 

Breakfast was ok BUT! Every mornign the kitchen staff had a "BREAK" during a "rush hour", they were eating and chatting to each other and did not notice when the breakfast buffet run out of juice / bread / milk etc.! I don't understand why they can't take a break AFTER the breakfast.. isn't that kinda their job to work during breakfast time? 

Location is a bit far away, but still walkable and there were lot of buses to get to the city centre.

Good enough

Good price/quality ratio for this hotel located in the sports area of the city (the stadium and the ice rink are two steps away), a 20-minute walk from the city centre.I was very skeptical as I booked at the last minute for Christmas and it was the only hotel available,I had to reassure myself.The rooms are very simple and well-heated,although during the overnight period there were never any towel swap cleaning....abundant breakfasts; sorry for the wifi present only in the hall.

A structure with an excellent value for money a few steps from the centre

We were in Innsbruck in the summer, this place is not a hotel, but I imagine it's rather a university residence, which during the summer and winter holidays when students leave, has many rooms available for those who want to visit the city.

Essential and good quality price ratio

I think it's the former dormitory of the athletes/staff during the Olympics. That said the rooms are very spacious, the cost is really low considering the location (15 min walk to the station, 20/25 min to the center, bus stops 5 min walk). The beds are not very comfortable and are all single, the mattresses are automatic but they are thin curtains and the morning light filters very well. The cleaning is not the best, but it is still acceptable.

It's not a hotel, but it's convenient to the center, spacious and cheap.

We went to Austria to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to check out Innsbruck. Surprisingly it was a nice hotel. We stayed there for two days. The only problem is the food. Since it was a sport facility converted to hotel , not much was expected at low price. Overall it was worth the money spent.

Worth the money

Excellent accommodation, albeit very Spartan. 15 minutes' walk from the historic centre. Excellent. Simple but complete accommodation. Parking included in the price with an extra 5 euros/day. Recommended for young and sports couples.

I read mixed reviews about this hotel, but for us it was a really good discovery, past the slightly peculiar aspect of being integrated within the sports centre. For our part, we had a very spacious, bright and clean, functional disabled room and it was very quiet but it was probably far from full, unlike in winter.
