The hotel is in a good location especially for our visit - 20 min walk from the Olympiaworld ice-rink and very easy to visit the centre of Innsbruck via the number 3 tram down the street.

The owners of the hotel are very friendly and eager to help.  The rooms were clean and cozy.  We did find the rooms to get very hot at night despite it being freezing outside.  The bathroom was very clean too.

Breakfast was extremely basic, we did get offered an egg the first few mornings of our stay and then the offering of the egg seemed to stop - at first we thought they had just run out of eggs but others were offered eggs so we didn't really understand that.

I enjoyed staying here and would happily stay here again.  There is also free wifi.

Cozy family run hotel

Innsbruck for the Christmas markets, we stayed 3 days in this property; it is located in the peripheral residential area, but very well connected to the city centre, 100 metres away is the tram hub, the Friedl Pension looks more like a B&B, in fact you won't always find someone at the reception, on our arrival we had to ring the cytophone and the owner arrived a few minutes later and they also give you the keys to get back in the evening with the recommendation to lock the door.....in short, it looks like you're staying at home more than in a hotel.

It's perfect.

A boarding house located in the outskirts of Innsbruck, an oasis of peace and tranquility, however well connected to the city centre by tram, frequent rides and stops a few metres away, clean, spacious and welcoming family room, good breakfast, caring and efficient staff.

That's great.

Easy to reach by car, but also convenient to get around by tram, a few minutes from the centre and the stop is a short drive away, capitoline, then warm in the car. Nice and quiet neighborhood, nice large rooms, excellent cleaning, comfortable and cozy beds, bathroom with very large shower, excellent temperature, from the balcony overlooking the mountains. Gracefully dressed for Christmas, kind and available staff. Great and abundant breakfast in a nice room with wide windows on the garden. A little suggestion, it might be convenient to have a small boiler in the rooms, the tea weighing a lot is a useful thing, eat well in Innsbruck but the kitchen is a bit of a living in the evening.

We had also had positive tourist reports regarding the structure, which turned out to be real. First of all the booking was fundamental to our needs. For personal reasons we had to move the booking of a few days and this kindly Austrian lady decided to relocate us in the neighbouring area without any penalties, the whole conversation via email not only in English (since there are some very familiar Italian room (a trio) in the structure, which proved to be real.
