It is suitable for campers who want to visit the city of Innsbruck. With the bus (stop a few hundred meters from the campsite) you can easily reach the historic center.

Visit to Innsbruck

Clean and orderly camping, but with virtually no camper service, and no possibility of discharging with a water tank for black water.

Unfortunately, there is no other choice.

We called before arriving, and was told we could just to come. When we arrived, arround 15 o’clock, and found out our car with our caravan could not start on the very steep driveway, so we had to ask for help to get the car onto to the terraces. 

We entered the reception/restaurant, and before we had a chance to ask for anything, a very unfriendly woman angrily said to look at the sign, the reception do not open until 18 o’clock, just find a spot on your own. 

We walked shortly around, the place has fantastic views from many of the pitches, but the entire place i is very open. It also lies as neighbour to the airport. It might be cool to see planes take-off and land that close by, and i have no idea how busy Inssbruck airport is. 

Very puzzeled and back in the car we looked at each other, and agreed to continue, to find another campingsite to stay within a 30min drive, where we where welcomed with big smiles and fantastic service.

Problems entering the steep driveway with caravan, and unfriendly staff. We did not stay.

We are a hiking couple and we came  after a day trip in the area.
We felt that the service and the reception was unpleasant and not kind. Although we paid a big entrence price to put a single tent we received cold shower and almost no internet.

We were here to drive around because the space is really nice, but the sewers are in a very bad condition, the toilets are dirty and the showers are cold at night, especially when you're coming from a long drive, you want a warm shower, and you want to pay 38 euros for a parking space, where, in fact, nothing is expensive except the dirty toilets and the cold showers, and the only thing really positive about this place is, as I said, the location and the restaurant on the square.

Overpriced and unclean

We only stayed one night, though we arrived late. The reception was still open, closed at midnight, and we checked in very quickly. The structure is well organized, with all the squares in the plane. We were surprised in the morning, when we realized we were right under the mountains. Inside there is also an interesting restaurant.

It's a very clear place with numbers. We called in advance and booked for a night. When we arrived, everyone was very nice and easy. We should just go around and pick a free place that we liked, and then register. Rarely.

I'm sorry.

This campsite I consider a place to stop during the visit to Innsbruck. The place is clean, spacious, free and clean toilets, excellent washing machine service. The reception service is very polite, kind, really gentle with all the attention. No, what concerns the restaurant's chief waiter instead... A real rude and despotic, the first time we wanted to dine inside the restaurant and taste the kitchen of the restaurant, in a bad way and a dry tone and everything is full there is no place, well, the restaurant was empty after two hours. Maybe he wants customers from the place.

A point of great courtesy and scorn.

Outside the city, with the noise of the airport and a road, this campsite is nevertheless interesting for a night in Innsbruck (possibly by bus), correct price and friendly reception.

Excited and a little noisy

This campground may be ok for caravans and motorhomes, but don’t bother if you are in a tent. The “tent” area is sloping and the other areas you can use have stones under the grass. Being in a tent too means you hear ALL the traffic ALL night and the planes and trains. The service is very poor, and the prices are over the top for what you get. The only reason we gave a two is for the ablutions.
The website said they only took cash, but when we arrived they only took a card. We arrived on a Monday and the restaurant was closed.
Overall l’m sure we could have done better.
