We were at the lodge in September 2022 to take a look at the mountains. From the lodge you'll be within 20-30 minutes' drive of the Iebsee, the Plansee, the train station and also Neuschwanstein Castle - so very good location. The guest house seems to be partly very freshly renovated and the rooms are the cleanest I've ever stayed in. You can just describe the cleanliness there as perfect. The WiFi had a few minor problems with us, but the owner of the property immediately took over, helped us and was very friendly. We're happy to come back.

Clean accommodation with friendly owners

We were very warmly received and led to our room. The bathroom was really great. There were enough towels and everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept wonderfully. The room is spacious and offers plenty of storage space. Rustic and landscaped, you feel at home right away. There is a huge garden and enough parking. The breakfast was decorated nicely on the ground floor, it was requested for special wishes and also immediately implemented when there was one. There was plenty of food and anything you want more. We stayed two nights and will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything and very dear greetings:)

I had the small apartment on the ground floor: a separate entrance with a small terrace and fully equipped inside with a separate small fully equipped kitchen. Really recommended for one or two people, especially if you want to cook yourself! The host Simon (junior chief) is totally casual. If something doesn't fit or the infrastructure in the area has problems (a week before Christmas there were no ski buses yet!) it has an immediate solution of its own! The location is also really recommended: located in the middle of the street (150m away from the village plot) and yet steady. General advantage of Lermobach: since the long-distance bus is sealed through a noise tunnel, you get nothing out of traffic at all!

Well-located location with top decorated nice cozy rooms, ideal for families and young couples, super garden facilities WiFi free parking spaces available bread service and much more, very nice host very happy to be back (was already twice and I'll be back again)

After spending five hours stuck in traffic on Fernpass we made it to Lermoos, where the firemen told us we would not make it any further up the road to Bichelbach. We emailed pension Strolz, who were kind enough to understand our situation, and kindly replied 'we will see you tomorrow night'. 
   The next day the roads were cleared, and we made it to Pension Strolz, a nice chalet in the center of town, updated and modern inside and out. The apartment was great, clean and updated with a great view down the valley to the Zugspitze, and was warm and cozy as we watched the snow continue to fall that evening. Our two room apartment was plenty for our small family, but downstairs is a larger communal kitchen and dining area for larger groups. Ski storage in the back was more than adequate, with plenty of room and gear racks for drying any wet clothing. 
  In the morning I found that Simon had already shoveled the overnight snow from around our car! I am constantly amazed at the hospitality in northern Austria, and our stay here was no exception. Pension Strolz is a perfect place for groups or families, with a quiet setting, a great pizzeria in walking distance, and a sporting store next door. Grocery store will require a smalldrive. 
  The rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet and well appointed. Because the blizzard prevented the first part of our stay my wife and I felt we did not get enough time to truly enjoy our cozy apartment. Stay here the next time you are in Bichelbach, hopefully you miss the blizzard and get to stay for more than one night. 

Too Short

The house is within walking distance of the ski lift and the swimming pool. All the rooms and apartments are well maintained and the Strolz family takes very good care of the guests. Bread service, tips around the area and even a patch or a heat bottle in case of emergency.

Nice house, very nice host

We stayed in a very nice apartment on the ground floor with self-contained entrance. Everything was perfect, furnished with care and good taste. A beautiful kitchen complete with everything necessary, including oven. Unbreakable cleanliness. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to take advantage of the beautiful garden behind the structure, which is not visible from the street, organized with children's games, tables and chairs for the outside and barbecues. I must also praise the kindness and availability of the people who welcomed us. The location is also strategic to visit the castles and the smallest suspension bridge in the world. The village is long but full of all the necessary amenities, bank and supermarket.
