For some years I was looking forward to going back to Bath Midterndorf for treatment, four times this time. Unfortunately, from the beginning the worm was inside, at the reception they were hiding behind their monitor, the young director was overwhelmed with her job, you could only see her briefly and impersonally on her way home, not even the greeting she could do herself, but that was what I was used to from her predecessor, who was supposedly her mother. For 10 years I kept giving out some topics during the inquiry feedback, but nothing had changed, it had only gotten worse. Peter, Anita and Marlene, the symphonic service staff, are no longer there, they were so helpful with their doctor's tips and suggestions, but everything they were doing, they were being tested by the German therapists, and I can hardly come back to the bathroom.

Four times and never again!

From 21 January to 11 February 2021, I was in this house for treatment. Even the first impression was a little depressing. The equipment is also, as they say, detached. In the rooms, most of the carpet floors are totally stained. For food, I can only say the following: A health clinic that serves mainly finished products: this I have not experienced until now. The worst were the snacks. They were really unusual and partly ineditable. Well, the FIRMA Optimamed saves where it can. Most of the staff in the kitchen.

Everything's great, for comfort. Very nice staff and locals. I've known the house for six years and I just feel comfortable, even at home.

A little older hotel with a very fine, nice charm.

Although the house is a little older, it will soon be renovated. My room was very spacious, clean and warm. The food was fine, always 3 menus to choose from. A big plus: the beautiful hall bath, whirlpool and barbecue pool. The staff were friendly and hardworking, in the therapies I want to emphasize above all the extremely competent advice of the dietitian Ms. Engel MSc and the efficient and entertaining hours at the physiotherapist Mr. Kopplin. I have recovered very well and look forward to my next stay in this house!!!

In a beautiful landscape - uncomplicated - well conducted

Unattended, dirty, swimwear in sanitation and in mattresses, to say the least, just tasteless food, soups, fish and meat products, salad every day,

It's just disappointing.

I've been in a spa hotel for years with a very friendly and helpful staff. Food is excellent. Located in the very narrow side valley, you can see very little from the sun. Unfortunately, I had to end my spa stay after 10 days, because the sounds and vibrations of the heating made me sleepless nights - Room 211 WLAN works in the rooms quite limited to none

Maintenance and maintenance

In some places you can see that the hospital was built a long time ago and some repairs are underway. Apart from this, you feel very comfortable here. The staff is very friendly and the food is very good (breakfast buffet, 3 menus to choose from for lunch and dinner, salad buffet, teebar...).

Very nice manageable health care facility

The spa hotel is an old house in no good condition. It is located in a shady pit, only the parking lot on the opposite side of the street is sunny. The rooms are full and the food is a single disaster. It is obviously only the cheapest thing from the cheapest and also very poorly processed. Zero stars....

Just bad.

One of the few health resorts combining thermal water, moor mud and fresh air. Vitalhotel Heilbrunn is an eight storey complex snuggled in the Styrian alps of Austria, providing health care for the Austrian Health Care System and for private visitors as well. All the staff are very friendly which immediately reflects on the spirits of all the guests, who generally greet each other in the personal form with "Hallo", rather than the usual formal polite form. I really enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool before breakfast and sunrise, seeing the steaming water against the brightening night sky. Unfortunately a burst pipe required the outdoor pool to be closed the second week after my arrival. There were also some issues with the elevators, which from the seventh floor meant traipsing up and down the stairs to go to scheduled treatments. The staff were always very helpful and even the elevator issues were constantly being attended to and there was usually at least one lift available. The therapies include mud packs,mud baths, CO2 baths, hayflower baths, water gymnastics (in the indoor pool), massage, various electrotherapies, gymnastics for the spine and Kneipp treatments. The food was very good and there is a tea bar, a sauna, a steam bath in the complex. Daily organized excursions, pick up from the railway station and excellent opportunities for walks, hikes or cycling trips. Half day trips to Bad Ischl, Hallstatt, Salt Works with private car highly recommended.

Thermal water, Moor Mud and Fresh Air

The hotel has a great environment for walking, walking, running and wellness with thermal water, friendly and flexible staff, and peace of mind despite being dog-friendly! The rooms are comfortable, especially the bathrooms, but in need of refurbishment. In principle clean, but not to go into detail (see photo). The food service was ok, but not better. As far as the positives go. With the organization, we didn't get much information on arrival, and we had to go to the reception every time to get plenty of our bathroom before getting enough towels and bathrooms.
