I did not stay there. I booked the room, it advrrtised freeparking,but ghe free parking was street parking opposite the hotel. No recrption or motel staff with available. It was street level curbside electronic checkin. The total experience was devoid of any human/staff contact. I eventually found a phone number to ring and cancel as i had paid by credit card  all in all a horrible experience, particularly having to leave my car with belongings parked out on the street not even reasonably close or monitorable from the rooms i would suggest. I bpoked into another place and it was exemplary

I would have liked the convenience of somewhere to safely store luggage while waiting for check-in and after checkout. In my case, because I arrived and departed by train I had to wait for at least 4 hours prior to check -in and  a similar length of time after checkout. An outside storage facility for my luggage  would have been very beneficial.

Great place to stay if you're here om business. Safe, secure and clean. Tv and good airconditioning. Only gripe is that theres no cutlery in the studio rooms. But would be a 4.5 if that was an option!

Hadn’t experienced anything like this. It was very easy to check in and the facility’s were immaculate

Stayed there for 3 nights. Nice room. Daily room service was excellent. Unfortunately there is no lift only stairs so lugging heavy baggage up and down was a chore.  The self check in is labourious.  The touch screen doesn't work well at all.  If you don't touch the digits or letters in the EXACT place the keypad doesn't register, or it will show your choice multiple times requiring you to backspace far too often.  If you are not tech savvy the self check in would potentially be too difficult.  They do have a 24hr help numer you can call though.

I had a flight cancelled late on a Friday night, the ability to book into accommodation last minute, late on a Friday night was made extremely easy & stressfree by Icon on Isa! Love my stays here.

No parking is unacceptable. Need to carry one's luggage across the (busy) street. First time checking in on arrival is complicated , especially for elderly. Location is difficult to find. We have had much better for quite a bit less (money).

it is contactless check in. you checked-in with a machine, I did not like it. I like talk with people. I do not want this technology in future.Room is clean. you only can park your car on street. traffic noise.
