Pro-Self confessed fussy, but experienced bnb guest and I was delighted from the moment we arrived.
We hired the king room with spa bath.
Enclosed Fire place, record player, vintage record albums, sun deck spa, terrific shower and bed. Didnt get a chance use their tennis court or mountain bikes on their private trail in their 49 acre beautiful green forest and fauna property but got  ‘lots’ of visits from blue tail Wrens ( birds), and kangaroos
Incredibly cool hosts with country charm and a sense of fun. Cant wait to see the hedge close in the spa area for total seclusion. Loved it

Struggling to find a con

My husband and I stayed here sadly for only one night, next time we will stay for more!!!  There are several cottages of varying sizes and we stayed in a beautiful little cottage called The Captain’s Cottage set amongst a lovely garden with everything you could wish for.  A fridge stocked with everything needed for a huge breakfast, cereals etc too.  Biscuits to have with a cup of tea, bath oils to have a luxurious bath, very comfy bed and peace and serenely.  The cottage was immaculately clean and very welcoming, the owners could not have been more nice or more helpful and everything was just easy.  We cannot recommend this place and the owners enough!

Everything was perfect....the most gorgeous cabin (We stayed in lilac) with a spa and wood fire. Will have to come back in winter to use the fire! Plentiful brekky and other yummy snacks provided, we really enjoyed leisurely brekky on the deck before heading off.
Location....the gardens and property are immaculate, only about 10 minutes to shops and restaurants, and short walk to the river. We did a 6km run down to the river and 'around the block'.
Leanne was friendly and helpful.
We had dinner at the rock in town, delicious steak!! Must do paddle steamer cruise in echuca if you haven't already!!!
We also thought it was great value for money.

Unbeatable

We stayed in the Crab Apple cottage and couldn’t ask for any more, it was amazingly fitted out and very cosy, the weather being a bit inclement we were unable to make use of the awesome outdoor facilities, the breakfast produce provided was abundant and of top quality, unfortunately we were so relaxed and comfortable we slept in till late morning and were unable to use most of it, host Leanne very graciously gave us a late check out at no additional cost 
We will most definitely return to stay longer

Beautiful cottage 

Very friendly owner,beautiful cottage and worth every penny you spend if you don’t want to go out then there is no need.

Cottage was very clean and warm when we got there settled we noticed there was food for a fresh breakfast in the morning

If you want somewhere quite, clean and worth every penny then look no further this is the place

One of Best places I have stayed around Vic

We stayed in the 2 small, immaculate cottages designed for couples. They were comfortably furnished with a downstairs sitting area, kitchen and large bathroom. The bedroom was up wooden stairs to a mezzanine level. The owners had equipped the kitchen well and provided generous amounts of food for breakfast. We were also able to use the nearby swimming pool. The adjacent covered patio area was generously provided with bbq, tables, chairs, fans and heaters, and a toilet/ changing room. The grounds were pleasantly and tidily landscaped with each cottage having foliage screening and a small flower garden. A lovely place to stay just outside Echuca.

Beautiful cottages in countryside 

Beautiful accommodation - we stayed in Forget-me-not cottage and our friends in Crab Apple Cottage. Cottages were lovely. Food supplied for breakfast but there was so much it would do lunch as well. Lovely gardens. Swimming pool, spa and barbeque area. Leanne was so lovely and helpful. We had a fantastic holiday.

Lovely peaceful retreat

What a beautiful setting!
Romantic getaway- staying in the very pretty Lilac Cottage- we were pleasantly surprised with the standard of accommodation, the friendly Leanne who welcomed us.
Great facilities- pool, tennis court- and our stay was complete with the sounds of nature outside our door- literally! Frogs, birds chirping- we saw kangaroos from the deck.
Inside the cottage- very comfortable, cosy cottage with a wood fire, the bed linen was cosy. Complete with all the amenities you could need, and plenty of food for breakfast! 
We certainly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay just out of town but still close enough to go on day outings- or into town for meals or supplies.
Well worth a stay!

Wedding anniversary- getaway 

We stayed in the Lilac Cottage. Beautiful cosy and warm. Fridge full of food included in costs. Leanne was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely stay. 

Lovely

Stayed here over winter one year many years ago before my husband and I had married. We decided to go back over winter and stayed again in the same cottage. What I love about the place is the quiet location, friendly owners, fire place in winter and the delicous breakfast. It takes me to another life where things a simple which can be easily forgotten in busy city life. I will continue to visit again and again.
