Stayed there previously, when it had another name.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent.
Conveniently located near the main shopping/eating area which was good.
Quiet area, suited our needs for the trip.

Comfortable 

We stayed here and loved this hotel. Beautiful new decor, quiet rooms and great location. Very clean and comfortable beds. Good heating. The reception staff were very helpful and went out of their way to accomodate us. An easy walk to all the usual takeaways, a great pub (Kings on George) and the main shopping district.

Beautiful rooms, helpful Staff.

A great location, although the highway is behind you, so not the place to be if you want quiet. Main part of town is across the road, so you can leave your car and walk. Room was huge, but awkward layout. Bathroom space was sacrificed for a kitchenette with no sink and the fridge in the lounge area??
The outside of the hotel could use a spruce up and doors need to lose the colour- this would then bring the outside in line with the more modern inside.

Centrally located

 Room a generous size. Great bathroom. Facilities clean n tidy. Did have trouble getting the key code to work but reception staff very helpful. Great central location. Good parking pricing very good for everything you get

Large clean room

We arrived at the Charlotte Apartments to find on the reception door a note that check in was at the adjoining property. Check in was expeditiously completed via a personable receptionist.  We found we were on the ground floor (there is another floor) with uncovered parking immediately outside our room.  The room was spacious as was the bathroom, which had separate bath and shower. All in all the room was functional and reasonable value for money.  There is no breakfast available. The Apartments are ideally located, easily accessible from the A32 and also close to the main streets of Bathurst.  I would recommend the property and happily return.

Location, location, location

Room is spacious and appeared to have everything and location is good... but that's where the good stuff ends. Both bedside lamps are broken, TV remote doesn't control volume, the kitchenette doesn't have a cook top or stove, only two portable hot plates which have seen better days, lights are dim making reading difficult, bed is uncomfortable and there are insufficient pillows. BBQ hotplate is disgusting.
I am here for two nights and these are the issues I have experienced in the first 4 hours. I believe the property has recently changed ownership so maybe an upgrade is on the way? Best check before booking and if not best to look elsewhere. 

Oh dear, how disappointing 

After reading fellow travelers rating of this place it just goes to show we all have different standards. The apartment, number 17 is almost situated on the busy street. A lot of traffic noise. The first thing we had to do was put the dishwasher on using an intensive programme to get the smell out and to clean the dishes. Old old old, ripped curtains, mosquitos inside despite the screens. Dark and drab decor. Not a recommended place to stay even for one night. The old air conditioner , only one in the main room, none in the bedroom required cleaning. Maybe even time to get a new one. WiFi  not capable to support all the tenants using it. Today most people have at least 2 devices and everyone is logged on at the same time. So get up to speed if you wish for satisfied customers. Again , I’m shocked how people rate these apartments 9 and above. We stayed at Comfort Inn Mudgee yesterday and that was OK. They had a rating of 8.2 and that was better and fresher than this. I would not rate this place more than 7.5 and that is being generous.

Very disappointing

Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Beds were comfy and everything was pretty well maintained however there was only 1 split system aircon for a large apartment, and it was well overdue to be cleaned. It wasn’t working very well so I checked the filters and they were caked with half an inch of dirt and grime. After cleaning those and also cleaning the years of built up crud from the internal fan is started to work quite well. I’d suggest it’s in the owners best interest to clean these as they are much more efficient when maintained properly. The amount of dirt of the filters was atleast 12 months worth, if not many years worth. 

Clean the airconditioners

The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen had every facility needed for a holiday stay. The location is excellent with Woolworths and Coles very close by. Highly recommended.
