We were looking for something beyond the normal hotel for my wife’s birthday and the Treehouse proved to be absolutely the right place. The photos don’t do it justice as it is beautifully designed and kept. It’s sited in a small eucalyptus copse between two sets of vines and at an elevation that allows you to look out to the ocean in the distance. It’s completely private and apart from the noises of the wind in the trees and birds, silent. 
It’s only a short trip to the beach (by car or bike) and the property has got every you need for a day at the sea including snorkelling and a cool box.
The complimentary bottle of wine from their vineyard was an excellent way to relax in the evening and if you’ve got space to take it home you can get a special rate to buy more.
As well as being well sited for the beach, you’re only a few minutes from the centre of McLaren Vale and it’s many attractions (mostly wine related admittedly).
We had a fantastic three nights there and were disappointed we had to go back home.

Wines, vines, sea and stars

My partner and I were treated by the lovely owners in this beautiful location surrounded by vineyards. The premises known as the tree top is a two story modern get away, it sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children, it has only one bathroom tho, the location is perfect if u want to do wine tasting and highly recommend going to Willunga markets on a sat morning great local produce,really enjoyed our stay would most definitely recommend this place for couples looking to get away for a nice weekend
