We arrived and oh surprise, the cabin on the ceiling had an opening like a mezzanine and a balcony, all open to who knows where. Mudre, bugs in the corners, a mattress larger than the base but which unfortunately did not find sheets of its size; in the kitchen everything recorded, two chairs of which there was a wheel, a refrigerator that was delivered to us full of ice in the freezer and with a microwave of it... which, by the way, had no plug available. The space is minimal, and it is better than the one's mattress is comfortable because there is no guard, not even a tiny hand. Ariel and his wife are excellent hosts, they made us feel at home from day one, I'll be back in summer almost certainly totally recommended, to enjoy the ride.

Cabanas in the middle of Valle Grande San Rafael.

The first night we arrived, we had an electronic party, music all night, when they started to disarm, they blew up the electrical connection. We burned 3 chargers from the original cell phones. The TV started to go off, we got up x the smell. Corridas, screaming... a chaos!!!! In the morning we claimed the chargers gave us 3 chargers from the fourth, and they were bad.

I started very badly and ended safely...

We knew the place because they recommended us to the dining room Biguá, which was terrible, we went early to find a nice place for 14 people and they put us two round tables next to the kitchen  ♀️ the smell of oil invaded the place! We asked for a change. Then the food, a pizza that wasn't there, a Mila a la napo that was a Mile a horse past the fat and lasted  ♀️ terrible! We got up with a bill of 15 thousand pesos of pure fat and discomfort 😏 a shame because the place is beautiful, with a balcony on the Atuel River, a live band, a night that wanted to be promising was a fiasco.

The embarrassing attitude of the receptionist named Pedro towards the men...when I went to make a complaint, his response was indifferent and when my husband went on the contrary, unkind.After I learned that on several occasions he asked for my cell phone number, it was not only my husband but also several guests, no matter how close they were to each other.

The cottage is in poor condition, old and rotten furniture, the mattresses look like dirty rubber Eva with bugs. The kitchen does not have the necessary elements, the bathroom is covered. Wifi does not work, after many complaints the owners respond aggressively and rude.

It's not very well treated.

They changed the price of the venue to me at the last minute of booking, and I think it's a bit of a flop, they are late in responding and blame the client, and I'm not going to finish it because this attitude bothers me so much that I don't know the place itself.

Not enough attention.

The complex is located in an unbeatable location. On the banks of the current river and facing the mountain, very close to the dam and with a private exit to the river. There are cabins of all kinds very picturesque, a very good restaurant and bar and with reasonable prices. Pileta con vista también al río y montañas, grande, muy linda, con reposeras. It is serviced by its owners, who are always available for anything, and in every detail!! All this makes you spend a beautiful stay!

Excellent and very complete complex in a dream place.

The place is surrounded by a very beautiful natural environment, a few meters from the Atuel River. The cabin in which we stayed had no dressing room, only a doorless closet to place the folded clothes. When I asked at the reception they told me that they didn't have dressing room because the cabins were rented for a few days. In my case it was 5 nights that I stayed with my family. On the first night, (we arrived at 1.30 am) the sofa of the wedding bed was covered, when in the morning I went to the administration to make the complaint that I changed them, but it is not at all pleasant to arrive and encounter this inconvenience.

It's a lovely place but not as well served.

The excellent location, the attention of Ariel and Mari was good. The bar that is in the complex very well with prices similar to those in downtown San Rafael. As for the facilities all right, the equipped cabins. The only theme that does not reach the company's signal is clear. The others only work by phone and SMS. There is no Internet or WiFi either. But if you want to disconnect it is the ideal place.
