Excellent!!!  The impeccable and spacious room, hygiene and cleanliness, the willingness of the staff to attend to our concerns, very good breakfast, take it to the room.

A visit to 

They have departments with Breakfast Service. the breakfast is good. Everything very clean and tidy. well equipped with everything necessary for a good stay. no is central so it has a good willingness to go in and out of the rosary, but it is also not far.. (7/8 squares). the carriage is a medium cuadra (techada). it has a super/despensa at 20 meters. if you go as a couple, the mono ambiente chico is fine, but if there are more, order a larger one. we went 3 times already and surely continue going.

Like at home..

Two weeks stay at the Livin Apart Hotel. Breakfast in the room, washing machine and dryer for use in the house. Cleaning could be a little more thorough, behind doors and in corners as well as under the bed has been rather neglected. Staff polite. The centre is also accessible on foot. Shopping and restaurants nearby as well as some bus lines.

Quiet Apart Hotel

We stayed with my husband for three nights in the upper studio. When we returned the night of the second day of our stay, we wanted to put the car in the parking lot and we were greeted by the other staff of the same hotel. A gentleman named Gustavo was extremely friendly and supportive, so we decided to park the car in the street and not to leave the room. When we arrived at the room, after receiving the bad trains of this personal room, we found ourselves in the next room, having no doubt that the incident had occurred. They had forgotten that the next morning, but we had no choice but to leave the hotel.

From the worst in Rosario

I was told that upon presentation of a foreign debit card and passport I would be exempt from the 21% tax, however when I went to make the payment, the man at the check in desk just told me to enter my pin and didn’t show me the amount I was paying (and didn’t ask for identification). When I checked my banking 1 hour later I realised I had been charged for the tax. I don’t speak Spanish, so when my Argentine girlfriend asked him about this, he simply said “the payment has been processed, it’s too late now” and didn’t seem to know about a credit cheque option to refund the customer. Also, when my girlfriend turned on the hairdryer, it was smoking. We called the front desk and they told us to “try it again”.  EN SERIO???? I didn’t fancy having a hair dryer blow my hand off, so I didn’t chase that up anymore. Also the breakfast was late on the day that we had to check out by 11am. Disappointing because the room itself is nice and peaceful, we were just let down by staff. Not acceptable

Very nice hotel, very well located in the center, the breakfast is rich and you will be taken to the room at the requested morning time. It is very nice as this decorated. The attention is very kind. No problem.

The place is about 8 blocks from downtown, it is a comfortable place, its apartments equipped with a kitchen have everything necessary for a stay of several days, living room, the bed and armchairs very comfortable and the bed mainly large. They offer free breakfast in the room or you can have breakfast in a place where they indicate you. It has parking included near the apartment. It is safe and well-served. Very recommended.

Excellent stay at the hotel.

Very good location, super clean. Comfort. It's not a hotel or apartments so you're free there's no one at the reception who can see your movements like in the hotels. A three blocks from the bv.oroño. And the coach is included!!!

Commodity is a commodity.

Great appartments! full equiped, big, luminous.  The bed was very good quality with a very comfortable sommier. All stuffs and bed clothes are new and in a very great condition.
We got an extra bed to our kid without problem.
Air conditioning, TV, towells, soap and paper in the bathroom and cleaness was perfect.
We arrived about 8pm and the man in the lobby/reception was very nice and helpfull with us.
Breakfast is really good and they serve it as room service or you can choose to go out and take the breakfast into a bar.
Location is good near to Oroño Avenue and the garage is very safe.

We will stay there again in our next trip to Rosario.
