A simple and comfortable hotel, in an unbeatable location, opposite the Mariano Moreno omnibus terminal, the center of all the movement in Rosario, with its own coaches, and a good price, comfort relationship.

It's very nice.

I was looking for an economical hotel in Rosario and was going to stay there for 2 nights, and the idea was to walk around and not spend it locked in an expensive hotel without going through anything. The highlights are these positive things: - Good cleaning of the room that touched me as well as the hotel with a simple view. - No cockroaches or bugs in the curtains, at least in the room that touched me. - No smells of cigarettes. - No noise from the rooms, but if the street is facing the street (if you have a light sleep quiz you should ask for a room that does not touch the street). - I have AA that if you don't manage from the room, you can go to the reception and they can get you water or a personal order.

A lightning trip to Rosario.

Rooms and dining area are simple, there is no good lighting, small bathrooms, little maintenance of the building, the location is in front of the microphone terminal, about 15 square meters from the center.

Visits by job.

Very clean, mattress-covered, sheets with shovels, breakfast with two unpleasant medialunas. Good parking and very serviceable and friendly with all its staff. Old, they listened to the sounds of the other rooms. It was a good price, but I'll never return.

He says 3 stars but he is saved by the kindness of his staff.

El Hotel antique, with a smell of old, the room super small, with a smell of three (literally!) and a cigarette in the room and hallways. The pillows and old beds like my grandmother! Super uncomfortable. El baño super pequeño, se mojaba todo. Poca limpieza, el desayuno horrible y precario, solo café con medialunas. No I recommend this Hotel or my worst enemy.

Un espanto is a Spanish language.

It's a hotel opposite the train station, the room smells like a cigarette, the stuffed with fleas and beasts in the curtains.

The smell of cigarillos and bechos.

If you want to spend an all-nighter or work, you have to go to Rosario for work and economically close them down to take advantage of a one-night stand between cockroaches, if you have cockroaches protruding from under the bed and hair, if you have lots of hair (with the appearance of a pubic hair due to its characteristic curl), and also condom papers and other curious objects under the bed if that's not enough!

Pelos and cucarachas.

Poor attendance, I was charged more than what was in the reservation, the whole FEDE hotel smoking, impossible to leave at night, total insecurity, the positive side would be the proximity to the road terminal, nothing more.

Cheap is expensive

This hotel was a dissapointment on all levels. The management tried to charge us more than we had agreed to on our booking and in the end charged us way more than the room was worth. The room was tiny and drab, and there was constant noise throughout the night and the room was boiling hot. The hotel management in general just didn't seem to want us there. 

If you're desperate, this hotel is passable. But it's definitely not enjoyable to stay in and it'll be hard to get a good night's sleep, as we found!


They don't like gringos!

Next to the Rosario Highway, a very dangerous area, a hotel with unfriendly receptionists, they give little information, rooms with carpet, back rooms with no view, room 13 is horrible, no curtain in the bathroom, only a wheel.
